3:12 also: Epi, with dative, 'that I have been taken possession of' is the condition in virtue of which he expected the result. 'He would get possession ' but 'also he had been taken possession of:' see Note n, Rom. 10:19. Compare Rom. 5:12, 'for that all have sinned.'
