THE HOLY BIBLE Authorized King James

Genesis (Author Moses)

17:7And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

46:3And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

Exodus (Author Moses)

3:6Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

6:7And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

19:4Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

19:5Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

19:6And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

29:45And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.

29:46And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the LORD their God.

Leviticus (Author Moses)

11:44For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

11:45For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

20:24But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.

20:26And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

22:32Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,

22:33That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.

25:23The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

25:38I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

25:42For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

25:55For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

26:12And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

Numbers (Author Moses)

15:41I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.

Deuteronomy (Author Moses)

4:20But the LORD hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of inheritance, as ye are this day.

4:34Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

4:37And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;

7:6For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

7:7The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:

7:8But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

7:13And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

9:29Yet they are thy people and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest out by thy mighty power and by thy stretched out arm.

10:15Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.

14:2For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

23:5Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.

26:18And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;

26:19And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath spoken.

27:9And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; this day thou art become the people of the LORD thy God.

28:9The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.

28:10And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.

29:13That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

32:9For the LORD'S portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.

32:10He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.

32:11As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:

32:12So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.

33:3Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.

33:12And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the LORD shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.

2 Samuel (Author Compiled by Isaiah from records of Samuel, David, Nathan, and Gad.)

7:23And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods?

7:24For thou hast confirmed to thyself thy people Israel to be a people unto thee for ever: and thou, LORD, art become their God.

12:24And David comforted Bathsheba his wife, and went in unto her, and lay with her: and she bare a son, and he called his name Solomon: and the LORD loved him.

1 Kings (Author Compiled by Isaiah and Jeremiah from records of Nathan, Gad, Iddo, Ahijah, Jehu and others.)

8:51For they be thy people, and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron:

8:52That thine eyes may be open unto the supplication of thy servant, and unto the supplication of thy people Israel, to hearken unto them in all that they call for unto thee.

8:53For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord GOD.

Nehemiah (Author Nehemiah or Ezra or both)

13:26Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.

Psalms (Author Moses, David, Solomon, Asaph, Heman, Ethan, sons of Korah, compiled by Ezra)

4:3But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

31:19Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

31:21Blessed be the LORD: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city.

42:8Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.

47:4He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.

48:9We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple.

48:14For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.

50:5Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

50:7Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.

63:3Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

73:1Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

74:2Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.

78:61And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy's hand.

78:62He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.

78:65Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.

78:68But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.

79:13So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.

81:13Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways!

89:33Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

90:1Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.

95:7For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,

100:3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

103:4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

105:6O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

114:2Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.

135:4For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.

148:14He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

Proverbs (Author Solomon)

11:20They that are of a froward heart are abomination to the LORD: but such as are upright in their way are his delight.

15:9The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness.

Isaiah (Author Isaiah)

5:7For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

41:8But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.

41:9Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.

41:10Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

43:1But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

43:2When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

43:3For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

43:4Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

43:7Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

44:1Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:

44:2Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.

44:21Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.

44:22I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

48:12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

49:13Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

49:14But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.

49:15Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

49:16Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

49:17Thy children shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.

51:16And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

54:5For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

54:6For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.

54:10For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

62:4Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

62:5For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

63:7I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

63:8For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.

63:9In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.

64:4For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

65:19And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

66:13As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.

Jeremiah (Author Jeremiah)

3:14Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

3:15And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

10:16The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: The LORD of hosts is his name.

12:7I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.

13:11For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.

15:16Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.

30:22And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.

31:3The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

31:14And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD.

31:32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

32:41Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

51:19The portion of Jacob is not like them; for he is the former of all things: and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: the LORD of hosts is his name.

Ezekiel (Author Ezekiel)

16:1Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

16:2Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,

16:3And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.

16:4And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all.

16:5None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

16:6And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.

16:7I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.

16:8Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.

16:9Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil.

16:10I clothed thee also with broidered work, and shod thee with badgers' skin, and I girded thee about with fine linen, and I covered thee with silk.

16:11I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck.

16:12And I put a jewel on thy forehead, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thine head.

16:13Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver; and thy raiment was of fine linen, and silk, and broidered work; thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil: and thou wast exceeding beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.

16:14And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.

34:31And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.

37:27My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Hosea (Author Hosea)

2:19And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

2:20I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

2:23And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

9:10I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved.

11:1When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

11:3I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.

11:4I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.

Zephaniah (Author Zephaniah)

3:17The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Haggai (Author Haggai)

2:23In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.

Zechariah (Author Zechariah)

1:14So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.

2:8For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

8:8And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

13:9And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

Malachi (Author Malachi)

1:2I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,

1:3And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

3:16Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

3:17And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

Matthew (Author Matthew)

18:11For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

18:12How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

18:13And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

18:14Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Luke (Author Luke)

15:4What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?

15:5And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

15:6And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

15:7I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

15:11And he said, A certain man had two sons:

15:12And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.

15:13And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.

15:14And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

15:15And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

15:16And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

15:17And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

15:18I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,

15:19And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.

15:20And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

15:21And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.

15:22But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

15:23And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:

15:24For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

15:25Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.

15:26And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.

15:27And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.

John (Author John)

14:21He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

16:27For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

17:10And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

17:23I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

17:26And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

Romans (Author Paul)

1:7To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

5:8But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

8:31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

8:32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

8:39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

11:28As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

1 Corinthians (Author Paul)

2:9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

3:9For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

6:19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

6:20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

7:23Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.

2 Corinthians (Author Paul)

5:18And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

5:19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

5:20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

5:21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

6:16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

13:14The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
