The Cave in the Cove - July 28, 2013

Faith Assembly of God - morning service

When we were singing I just saw this picture of these really rough waves and somebody out in like the sea and they were hanging on to just this little board and it was like the waves were just knocking them every which way and it was like, "I can't hold on much longer". And then all of a sudden it was like the water became very smooth and there was a cove and then there was a cave at the cove and as we walked into that it was like He had this table prepared with this beautiful cloth on it and He said,

"I prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies."

And then it was like He had this purple banner and He said,

And My banner over you is love.

And so it was like the most peaceful calm place there.

And then I had read this this morning and it's Psalms 27 and the part that I'm gonna read is

4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Well, that cave was this pavilion. That was His tent that He holds over us of His presence. It's like nothing can touch you there. And also it's like when we were worshiping it was like you could hear that faint music - it was the song of the bride that's beginning to rise up and it's like you have that piece of the song of the bride that no one else has. Only you have walked through the things you have walked through and the Lord has ministered so faithful to you in your place. It's like only you have that piece of the tune. And so when I heard that it was like Whoa! Like the Spirit was like wanting to pull that out of us - that song that only we have that part of.
