And it came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up to the high places of Baal, and he saw from thence the extremity of the people. Num. 22:41

And when the men of the city arose early in the morning, behold, the altar of Baal was broken down, and the Asherah was cut down that was by it, and the second bullock was offered up upon the altar that was built. Judg. 6:28

and they broke down the column of Baal, and broke down the house of Baal, and made it a draught-house to this day. 2 Ki. 10:27
Thus Jehu extirpated Baal out of Israel. 2 Ki. 10:28
Then all the people of the land went into the house of Baal, and broke it down: his altars and his images they broke in pieces completely, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. And the priest appointed officers over the house of Jehovah. 2 Ki. 11:18
And they forsook all the commandments of Jehovah their God, and made them molten images, two calves, and made an Asherah, and worshipped all the host of the heavens, and served Baal; 2 Ki. 17:16
