- For was not Israel a derision unto thee? Was he found among thieves, that as oft as thou didst speak of him, thou didst shake the head? Jer. 48:27
- And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak with thee. Ezek. 2:1

- but if ye do not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you; for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me its interpretation. Dan. 2:9
