- These are the families of Judah according to those that were numbered of them, seventy-six thousand five hundred. Num. 26:22

- These are the families of the Zebulunites according to those that were numbered of them, sixty thousand five hundred. Num. 26:27
- These are the sons of Gilead: of Jeezer, the family of the Jeezerites; of Helek, the family of the Helkites; Num. 26:30
- -- These are the families of Manasseh; and those that were numbered of them, fifty-two thousand seven hundred. Num. 26:34
- These are the sons of Ephraim, after their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthalhites; of Becher, the family of the Bachrites; of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites. Num. 26:35
- And these are the sons of Shuthelah: of Eran, the family of the Eranites. Num. 26:36
- These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty-two thousand five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families. Num. 26:37
- These are the sons of Benjamin after their families; and they that were numbered of them were forty-five thousand six hundred. Num. 26:41
- These are the sons of Dan, after their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan after their families. Num. 26:42

- These are the families of Naphtali, according to their families; and they that were numbered of them were forty-five thousand four hundred. Num. 26:50
- These were the numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred and one thousand seven hundred and thirty. Num. 26:51
- Unto these shall the land be divided for an inheritance according to the number of the names; Num. 26:53
- And these are the numbered of the Levites, after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites; of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; of Merari, the family of the Merarites. Num. 26:57
- These are the families of the Levites: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korahites. -- And Kohath begot Amram. Num. 26:58
- These are they that were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of Moab, by the Jordan of Jericho. Num. 26:63
- But among these there was not a man numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai. Num. 26:64
- Then drew near the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph; and these were the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah. Num. 27:1

- And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Jehovah; and these are their journeys according to their goings out. Num. 33:2
- These are the names of the men who shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun. Num. 34:17
- And these are the names of the men: for the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh; Num. 34:19
- These are they whom Jehovah commanded to distribute to the children of Israel their inheritance in the land of Canaan. Num. 34:29
- And ye shall have these cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he have stood before the assembly in judgment. Num. 35:12
- For the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them shall these six cities be a refuge, that one who smiteth a person mortally without intent may flee thither. Num. 35:15
- then the assembly shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these judgments; Num. 35:24
- These are the commandments and the ordinances which Jehovah commanded through Moses to the children of Israel, in the plains of Moab, by the Jordan of Jericho. Num. 36:13
- These are the words which Moses spoke to all Israel on this side the Jordan, in the wilderness, in the plain, opposite to Suph, between Paran and Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth, and Dizahab. Dt. 1:1
- None among these men, this evil generation, shall in any wise see that good land, which I swore to give unto your fathers! Dt. 1:35
- for Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee in all the work of thy hand. He hath known thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years hath Jehovah thy God been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing. Dt. 2:7
- All these cities were fortified with high walls, gates, and bars; besides unwalled towns very many. Dt. 3:5
- And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that Jehovah your God hath done to these two kings: so will Jehovah do to all the kingdoms to which thou shalt go. Dt. 3:21
- And ye shall keep and do them; for that will be your wisdom and your understanding before the eyes of the peoples that shall hear all these statutes, and say, Verily this great nation is a wise and understanding people. Dt. 4:6
- In thy tribulation, and when all these things shall come upon thee, at the end of days, thou shalt return to Jehovah thy God, and shalt hearken to his voice, Dt. 4:30
- that the manslayer might flee thither, who should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not previously, that fleeing to one of these cities, he might live: Dt. 4:42
- these are the testimonies, and the statutes, and the ordinances that Moses declared to the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt, Dt. 4:45
- These words Jehovah spoke to all your congregation on the mountain from the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the obscurity, with a great voice, and he added no more; and he wrote them on two tables of stone, and gave them to me. Dt. 5:22
- And these are the commandments, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Jehovah your God commanded to teach you, that ye may do them in the land whereunto ye pass over to possess it, Dt. 6:1
- And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thy heart; Dt. 6:6
- And Jehovah commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Jehovah our God, for our good continually, that he might preserve us alive, as it is this day. Dt. 6:24

- And it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these ordinances, and keep and do them, that Jehovah thy God will keep with thee the covenant and the mercy which he swore unto thy fathers; Dt. 7:12
- If thou shouldest say in thy heart, These nations are greater than I; how can I dispossess them? Dt. 7:17
- And thou shalt remember all the way which Jehovah thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thy heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments or not. Dt. 8:2
- Thy clothing grew not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. Dt. 8:4
- Thou shalt not say in thy heart, when Jehovah thy God thrusteth them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness Jehovah hath brought me in to possess this land; but for the wickedness of these nations doth Jehovah dispossess them from before thee. Dt. 9:4
- Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thy heart, dost thou enter in to possess their land, but for the wickedness of these nations doth Jehovah thy God dispossess them from before thee, and that he may perform the word which Jehovah swore unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. Dt. 9:5
- He is thy praise, and he is thy God, who hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. Dt. 10:21
- And ye shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. Dt. 11:18
- then will Jehovah dispossess all these nations from before you, and ye shall take possession of nations greater and mightier than yourselves. Dt. 11:23
- These are the statutes and ordinances, which ye shall take heed to do in the land, which Jehovah the God of thy fathers is giving thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth. Dt. 12:1
- Take heed to hear all these words which I command thee, that it may be well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest what is good and right in the eyes of Jehovah thy God. Dt. 12:28
- take heed to thyself that thou be not ensnared to follow after them, after that they are destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. Dt. 12:30
- These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat; Dt. 14:4
- Only these ye shall not eat of those that chew the cud, or of those with hoofs cloven and split open: the camel, and the hare, and the rock-badger; for they chew the cud, but have not cloven hoofs -- they shall be unclean unto you; Dt. 14:7
- These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales shall ye eat; Dt. 14:9
- But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the sea-eagle, Dt. 14:12
- And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and thou shalt keep and do these statutes. Dt. 16:12
- and it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life; that he may learn to fear Jehovah his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them; Dt. 17:19
- For every one that doeth these things is an abomination to Jehovah, and because of these abominations Jehovah thy God doth dispossess them from before thee. Dt. 18:12
- For these nations, which thou shalt dispossess, hearkened unto those that use auguries, and that use divination; but as for thee, Jehovah thy God hath not suffered thee to do so. Dt. 18:14
- as when he goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the iron slippeth from the handle, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; such an one shall flee unto one of these cities, and live; Dt. 19:5
- (if thou keep all this commandment to do it, which I command thee this day, to love Jehovah thy God, and to walk in his ways continually), then shalt thou add three cities more for thyself to these three, Dt. 19:9
- But if a man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and he flee into one of these cities, Dt. 19:11
- Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities that are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations. Dt. 20:15
- But of the cities of these peoples which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth, Dt. 20:16
- Thou shalt not bring the hire of a harlot, or the price of a dog, into the house of Jehovah thy God for any vow; for even both these are an abomination to Jehovah thy God. Dt. 23:18
- With forty stripes shall they beat him; they shall not exceed, lest, if they continue to beat him with many stripes above these, thy brother become despicable in thine eyes. Dt. 25:3
- This day Jehovah thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and ordinances; and thou shalt keep and do them with all thy heart and with all thy soul. Dt. 26:16
- And it shall be when ye go over the Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, as I command you this day, on mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster. Dt. 27:4
- These shall stand to bless the people upon mount Gerizim, when ye have gone over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin. Dt. 27:12
- And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali. Dt. 27:13
- and all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God. Dt. 28:2
- But it shall come to pass if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to take heed to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day, that all these curses shall come upon thee and overtake thee. Dt. 28:15
- And all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, until thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee. Dt. 28:45
- And among these nations shalt thou have no rest, neither shall the sole of thy foot have a resting-place, and Jehovah shall give thee there a trembling heart, languishing of the eyes, and pining of the soul. Dt. 28:65
- These are the words of the covenant that Jehovah commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, besides the covenant that he made with them in Horeb. Dt. 29:1
- lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from Jehovah our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood, Dt. 29:18
- And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt take them to heart among all the nations whither Jehovah thy God hath driven thee, Dt. 30:1
- And Jehovah thy God will put all these curses on thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, who have persecuted thee. Dt. 30:7
- And Moses went and spoke these words to all Israel; Dt. 31:1
- Jehovah thy God, he will go over before thee, he will destroy these nations from before thee, that thou mayest take possession of them: Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as Jehovah hath said. Dt. 31:3
- And my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them, and they will say in that day, Have not these evils befallen me because my God is not in my midst? Dt. 31:17
- Gather to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and take heaven and earth to witness against them. Dt. 31:28
- And when Moses had ended speaking all these words to all Israel, Dt. 32:45
- His majesty is as the firstling of his ox; And his horns are as the horns of a buffalo. With them shall he push the peoples Together to the ends of the earth. These are the myriads of Ephraim, And these are the thousands of Manasseh. Dt. 33:17
- that this may be a sign in your midst. When your children ask hereafter, saying, What mean ye by these stones? Josh. 4:6
- then ye shall say to them, That the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of Jehovah; when it went through the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. And these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever. Josh. 4:7
- And he spoke to the children of Israel, saying, When your children hereafter ask their fathers, saying, What mean these stones? Josh. 4:21
- And these flasks of wine which we filled new, behold, they are rent; and these our garments and our sandals are become old by reason of the very long journey. Josh. 9:13
- And these five kings fled, and hid themselves in the cave at Makkedah. Josh. 10:16
- And it came to pass when they had brought forth those kings to Joshua, that Joshua called to all the men of Israel, and said to the captains of the men of war who went with him, Come forward, put your feet on the necks of these kings. And they came forward and put their feet on their necks. Josh. 10:24
- and all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time; for Jehovah the God of Israel fought for Israel. Josh. 10:42
- And all these kings met together, and came and encamped together at the waters of Merom, to fight against Israel. Josh. 11:5
- And all the spoil of these cities and the cattle the children of Israel took as prey to themselves; only, they smote all the men with the edge of the sword, until they had destroyed them: they left none that breathed. Josh. 11:14
- And these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and of whose land they took possession across the Jordan, toward the sun-rising, from the river Arnon to mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east: Josh. 12:1
- And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side the Jordan on the west, from Baal-Gad in the valley of Lebanon as far as the smooth mountain, which rises toward Seir. And Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions, Josh. 12:7
- And now behold, Jehovah has kept me alive, as he said, these forty-five years, since Jehovah spoke this word to Moses, when Israel wandered in the wilderness; and now behold, I am this day eighty-five years old. Josh. 14:10
- There was also a portion for the rest of the children of Manasseh according to their families: for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida: these are the children of Manasseh, the son of Joseph, the males, according to their families. Josh. 17:2
- And Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons, but daughters; and these are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah. Josh. 17:3
- And the border descended to the torrent Kanah, south of the torrent. These cities were Ephraim's among the cities of Manasseh. And the territory of Manasseh was on the north side of the torrent, and ended at the sea. Josh. 17:9
- and all the hamlets that are round these cities to Baalath-beer, that is Ramah of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families. Josh. 19:8
- This was the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities and their hamlets. Josh. 19:16
- This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities and their hamlets. Josh. 19:31
- And the border of the children of Dan ended with these; and the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession of it, and dwelt in it, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father. Josh. 19:47
- This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities and their hamlets. Josh. 19:48
- These were the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed by lot in Shiloh before Jehovah, at the entrance of the tent of meeting. And they ended dividing the land. Josh. 19:51
- These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them, that whosoever smiteth any one mortally without intent might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the assembly. Josh. 20:9
- And the children of Israel gave to the Levites out of their inheritance, according to the word of Jehovah, these cities and their suburbs. Josh. 21:3
- And the children of Israel gave by lot to the Levites these cities and their suburbs, as Jehovah commanded through Moses. Josh. 21:8
- And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which were mentioned by name, Josh. 21:9
- These were all the cities of the children of Merari according to their families, which remained of the families of the Levites, and their lot was twelve cities. Josh. 21:40
- Each one of these cities had its suburbs round about it: thus were all these cities. Josh. 21:42
- Ye have not left your brethren these many days unto this day, and ye have kept the charge of the commandment of Jehovah your God. Josh. 22:3
- and ye have seen all that Jehovah your God hath done to all these nations because of you. For Jehovah your God is he that hath fought for you. Josh. 23:3
- Behold, I have divided unto you by lot for an inheritance, according to your tribes, these nations that remain, from the Jordan, as well as all the nations that I have cut off, as far as the great sea toward the sun-setting. Josh. 23:4
- that ye enter not among these nations, these that remain among you; and ye shall make no mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them; Josh. 23:7
- For if ye in any wise go back, and cleave unto the residue of these nations, these that remain among you, and make marriages with them, and come in unto them and they unto you: Josh. 23:12
- know for a certainty that Jehovah your God will no more dispossess these nations from before you, and they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which Jehovah your God hath given you. Josh. 23:13
- And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and took a great stone, and set it up there under the oak that was by the sanctuary of Jehovah. Josh. 24:26
- And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Jehovah, died, a hundred and ten years old. Josh. 24:29
- And it came to pass, when the Angel of Jehovah spoke these words to all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voice and wept. Judg. 2:4
- And these are the nations that Jehovah left, to prove Israel by them, all that had not known all the wars of Canaan; Judg. 3:1
- And his mother's brethren spoke of him in the ears of all the citizens of Shechem all these words. And their heart inclined after Abimelech; for they said, He is our brother. Judg. 9:3

- Then she said to him, How canst thou say, I love thee, when thy heart is not with me? these three times hast thou mocked me, and hast not told me in what is thy great strength. Judg. 16:15
- Then the five men that had gone to spy out the country of Laish spoke and said to their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image? And now ye know what to do. Judg. 18:14

- So that all who fell that day of Benjamin were twenty-five thousand men that drew the sword: all these, men of valour. Judg. 20:46

- And the messengers came to Gibeah of Saul and told these words in the ears of the people. And all the people lifted up their voice and wept. 1 Sam. 11:4

- And Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, and they were dismayed and greatly afraid. 1 Sam. 17:11
- And Jesse said to David his son, Take, I pray, for thy brethren, this ephah of parched corn and these ten loaves, and carry them quickly to the camp to thy brethren; 1 Sam. 17:17
- and carry these ten cheeses to the captain of the thousand, and visit thy brethren to see how they are, and take a pledge of them. 1 Sam. 17:18
- And David girded his sword upon his dress, and endeavoured to go; for he had not yet tried it. And David said to Saul, I cannot go in these; for I have never tried them. And David put them off him. 1 Sam. 17:39
- And his servants told David these words; and the thing was right in David's sight to be the king's son-in-law. And the days were not expired, 1 Sam. 18:26

- And it came to pass in the morning, when the wine was gone out of Nabal, that his wife told him these things; and his heart died within him, and he became as a stone. 1 Sam. 25:37
- And the princes of the Philistines said, What are these Hebrews? And Achish said to the princes of the Philistines, Is not this David, the servant of Saul the king of Israel, who has been with me these days, or these years, and I have found nothing in him since the day of his falling away to me to this day? 1 Sam. 29:3

- These are the names of the mighty men whom David had: Joseb-Bassebeth, Tachkemonite the chief of the captains: he was Adino the Eznite; he fought against eight hundred, slain by him at one time. 2 Sam. 23:8
- And he said, Be it far from me, Jehovah, that I should do this thing! is it not the blood of the men that went at the risk of their lives? Therefore he would not drink it. These things did the three mighty men. 2 Sam. 23:17

- For in their trust these four were the chief doorkeepers: they were Levites; and they were over the chambers and over the treasuries of the house of God; 1 Chr. 9:26
- And these were the singers, chief fathers of the Levites, who were in the chambers free from service; for they were employed day and night. 1 Chr. 9:33
- These are the chief fathers of the Levites, heads according to their families; these dwelt in Jerusalem. 1 Chr. 9:34

- These are they that went over Jordan in the first month, when it overflows all its banks, and they put to flight all them of the valleys, toward the east and toward the west. 1 Chr. 12:15

- And the sons of Mushi: Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites according to their fathers' houses. 1 Chr. 24:30
- These likewise cast lots just as their brethren the sons of Aaron before David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief fathers of the priests and Levites, -- the chief fathers just as the youngest of their brethren. 1 Chr. 24:31
- all these were sons of Heman the king's seer in the words of God, to exalt his power; and God had given to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters. 1 Chr. 25:5
- All these were under the direction of their fathers Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman, for song in the house of Jehovah, with cymbals, lutes and harps, for the service of the house of God, under the direction of the king. 1 Chr. 25:6
- All these were of the sons of Obed-Edom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, were sixty-two of Obed-Edom. 1 Chr. 26:8
- Among these were the divisions of the doorkeepers, among the head-men, as to the charges together with their brethren, for performing the service in the house of Jehovah. 1 Chr. 26:12
- These are the divisions of the doorkeepers among the sons of the Korahites and among the sons of Merari. 1 Chr. 26:19
- And these are the children of Israel after their number, the chief fathers and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in every matter of the divisions, which came in and went out month by month throughout the months of the year; in every division were twenty-four thousand. 1 Chr. 27:1

- And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagarite. All these were comptrollers of the substance which was king David's. 1 Chr. 27:31
- And I know, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. In the uprightness of my heart have I willingly offered all these things; and now have I seen with joy thy people, which are present here, offer willingly to thee. 1 Chr. 29:17
- The wings of these cherubim spread forth were twenty cubits; and they stood on their feet, and their faces were toward the house. 2 Chr. 3:13

- And these are the numbers of them according to their fathers' houses. Of Judah the captains of thousands: Adnah the captain, and with him three hundred thousand mighty men of valour; 2 Chr. 17:14
- These were they that waited on the king, besides those that the king had put in the fortified cities throughout Judah. 2 Chr. 17:19

- And the number of the burnt-offerings, which the congregation brought, was seventy bullocks, a hundred rams, two hundred lambs: all these were for a burnt-offering to Jehovah. 2 Chr. 29:32
- and brought in the heave-offerings and the tithes and the dedicated things faithfully; and over these Cononiah the Levite was ruler, and Shimei his brother was second. 2 Chr. 31:12
- After these things and this faithfulness, Sennacherib king of Assyria came and entered into Judah, and encamped against the fortified cities, and thought to break into them. 2 Chr. 32:1
- And the men did the work faithfully. And over them were appointed Jahath and Obadiah, Levites, of the children of Merari, and Zechariah and Meshullam, of the children of the Kohathites, for the oversight; and all these Levites were skilled in instruments of music. 2 Chr. 34:12
- And Josiah gave for the children of the people a heave-offering of the flocks, lambs and goats, all for the passover-offerings, for all that were present -- to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these were of the king's substance. 2 Chr. 35:7
- And these are the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one to his city, Ezra 2:1
- And these are they that went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub-Addan, Immer; but they could not shew their fathers' house, nor their seed, whether they were of Israel. Ezra 2:59

- And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of the heavens and the earth, and build the house that was built these many years ago; and a great king of Israel built and completed it. Ezra 5:11
- And he said to him, Take these vessels, go, carry them into the temple that is at Jerusalem, and let the house of God be built in its place. Ezra 5:15
- Moreover, I give orders what ye shall do to these elders of the Jews, for the building of this house of God: that of the king's goods, of the tribute beyond the river, expenses be diligently given to these men, that they be not hindered. Ezra 6:8

- And these are the chief fathers, and their genealogy, who went up with me from Babylon in the reign of Artaxerxes the king. Ezra 8:1
- And of the children of Adonikam, the last ones, whose names are these: Eliphelet, Jeiel, and Shemaiah, and with them sixty males. Ezra 8:13
- Now when these things were completed, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites; Ezra 9:1
- should we again break thy commandments, and join in affinity with the peoples of these abominations? wouldest thou not be angry with us till thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor any to escape? Ezra 9:14
- All these had taken foreign wives; and there were among them wives who had had children. Ezra 10:44
- And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat and wept, and mourned for days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of the heavens, Neh. 1:4
- And he spoke before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? shall they be permitted to go on? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Will they revive the stones out of the heaps of rubbish, when they are burned? Neh. 4:2
- And I was very angry when I heard their cry and these words. Neh. 5:6
- in which was written: It is reported among the nations, and Gashmu says it, that thou and the Jews think to rebel, for which cause thou buildest the wall, and according to these words thou wilt become their king. Neh. 6:6
- And thou hast also appointed prophets to proclaim concerning thee at Jerusalem saying, There is a king in Judah! And now it will be reported to the king according to these words. Come now therefore, and let us take counsel together. Neh. 6:7
- My God, remember Tobijah and Sanballat according to these their works, and also the prophetess Noadiah, and the rest of the prophets who would have put me in fear. Neh. 6:14
- These are the children of the province that went up out of the captivity of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and who came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one to his city; Neh. 7:6
- And these are they that went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub-Addon and Immer; but they could not shew their father's house, nor their seed, whether they were of Israel. Neh. 7:61
- These sought their genealogical register, but it was not found; therefore were they, as polluted, removed from the priesthood. Neh. 7:64
- Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests. Neh. 10:8

- And these are the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra, Neh. 12:1
- Sallu, Amok, Hilkijah, Jedaiah. These were the chief of the priests and of their brethren in the days of Jeshua. Neh. 12:7
- These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest, the scribe. Neh. 12:26
- Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? Yet among the many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel; but even him did foreign wives cause to sin. Neh. 13:26
- And when these days were expired, the king made a feast to all the people that were present in Shushan the fortress, both to great and small, seven days, in the court of the garden of the king's palace. Esther 1:5
- After these things, when the fury of king Ahasuerus was appeased, he remembered Vashti, and what she had done, and what was decreed against her. Esther 2:1
- After these things king Ahasuerus promoted Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him. Esther 3:1
- All the king's servants and the people of the king's provinces do know that whoever, whether man or woman, shall come to the king into the inner court, who is not called, there is *one* law, to put him to death, except such to whom the king shall hold out the golden sceptre, that he may live; and I have not been called to come in unto the king these thirty days. Esther 4:11
- And Mordecai wrote these things, and sent letters to all the Jews near and far that were in all the provinces of king Ahasuerus, Esther 9:20
- Therefore they called these days Purim after the name of Pur. Therefore, according to all the words of this letter, and for what they had seen concerning this matter and what had happened to them, Esther 9:26
- the Jews ordained and took upon them, and upon their seed, and upon all such as joined themselves to them, so that it should not fail, that they would observe these two days according to their writing and according to their fixed time, every year; Esther 9:27
- and that these days should be remembered and observed throughout every generation, in every family, every province, and every city, and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the memorial of them cease from among their seed. Esther 9:28
- to confirm these days of Purim in their fixed times, according as Mordecai the Jew and queen Esther had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, as to the matters of the fastings and their cry. Esther 9:31
- And the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim; and it was written in the book. Esther 9:32
- How long wilt thou speak these things? and the words of thy mouth be a strong wind? Job 8:2
- And these things didst thou hide in thy heart; I know that this was with thee. Job 10:13
- I also have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you; and who knoweth not such things as these? Job 12:3

- He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. Ps. 15:5
- These things I remember and have poured out my soul within me: how I passed along with the multitude, how I went on with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, a festive multitude. Ps. 42:4
- These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. Ps. 50:21
- Behold, these are the wicked, and they prosper in the world: they heap up riches. Ps. 73:12

- These six things doth Jehovah hate, yea, seven are an abomination unto him: Pr. 6:16
- These things also come from the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment. Pr. 24:23
- These are also proverbs of Solomon, which the men of Hezekiah king of Judah transcribed. Pr. 25:1
- Say not, How is it that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this. Eccl. 7:10
- Rejoice, young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thy heart, and in the sight of thine eyes; but know that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment. Eccl. 11:9
- and thou shalt say unto him, Take heed and be quiet; fear not, and let not thy heart faint before these two ends of smoking firebrands, because of the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah. Isa. 7:4
- These shall lift up their voice, they shall shout for the majesty of Jehovah, they shall cry aloud from the sea. Isa. 24:14

- Behold, these shall come from afar; and behold, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim. Isa. 49:12
- Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Even these forget, but I will not forget thee. Isa. 49:15
- And thou shalt say in thy heart, Who hath borne me these, seeing I had lost my children and was desolate, an exile, and driven about? and who hath brought up these? behold, I was left alone; these, where were they? Isa. 49:21
- These two things are come unto thee; who will bemoan thee? -- desolation and destruction, and famine and sword: how shall I comfort thee? Isa. 51:19
- and the dogs are greedy, they know not to be satisfied, and these are shepherds that know not how to discern: they all turn to their own way, every one for his gain, even to the last of them: Isa. 56:11
- Among the smooth stones of the torrent is thy portion; they, they are thy lot: even to them hast thou poured out a drink-offering, thou hast offered an oblation. Shall I be comforted myself as to these things? Isa. 57:6
- Who are these that come flying as a cloud, and as doves to their dove-cotes? Isa. 60:8
- Wilt thou restrain thyself in presence of these things, Jehovah? Wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore? Isa. 64:12
- who say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day. Isa. 65:5
- Even all these things hath my hand made, and all these things have been, saith Jehovah. But to this man will I look: to the afflicted and contrite in spirit, and who trembleth at my word. Isa. 66:2
- Yea, in thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the innocent poor, whom thou didst not encounter breaking in, but it is found upon all these. Jer. 2:34
- And I said, After she hath done all these things, she will return unto me; but she returned not. And her sister Judah, the treacherous, saw it. Jer. 3:7
- Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith Jehovah: I will not make my face dark upon you; for I am merciful, saith Jehovah; I will not keep anger for ever. Jer. 3:12
- Thy way and thy doings have procured these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, yea, it is bitter, yea, it reacheth unto thy heart. Jer. 4:18
- And I said, Surely these are the wretched ones, they are foolish; for they know not the way of Jehovah, the judgment of their God. Jer. 5:4
- I will go unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they know the way of Jehovah, the judgment of their God; but these have altogether broken the yoke, have burst the bonds. Jer. 5:5
- Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah, and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? Jer. 5:9
- And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Wherefore hath Jehovah our God done all these things unto us? then shalt thou say to them, As ye have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours. Jer. 5:19
- Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden from you what is good. Jer. 5:25
- Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah; shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? Jer. 5:29
- Stand in the gate of Jehovah's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear ye the word of Jehovah, all Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship Jehovah. Jer. 7:2
- then ye come and stand before me, in this house which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered, -- in order to do all these abominations! Jer. 7:10
- And now, because ye have done all these works, saith Jehovah, and I spoke unto you, rising up early and speaking, and ye heard not, and I called you, and ye answered not; Jer. 7:13
- And thou shalt speak all these words unto them, but they will not hearken unto thee; and thou shalt call unto them, but they will not answer thee. Jer. 7:27
- Shall I not visit them for these things? saith Jehovah; shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? Jer. 9:9
- but let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am Jehovah, who exercise loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth; for in these things I delight, saith Jehovah. Jer. 9:24
- * Thus shall ye say unto them: The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, these shall perish from the earth, and from under the heavens. Jer. 10:11
- And Jehovah said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying: Hear the words of this covenant, and do them. Jer. 11:6
- And if thou say in thy heart, Wherefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of thine iniquity are thy skirts uncovered, and thy heels have suffered violence. Jer. 13:22
- Are there any among the vanities of the nations that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? Art not thou HE, Jehovah, our God? And we wait upon thee; for thou hast made all these things. Jer. 14:22
- And it shall come to pass, when thou shalt declare unto this people all these words, and they shall say unto thee, Wherefore hath Jehovah pronounced all this great evil against us? and what is our iniquity? and what is our sin which we have committed against Jehovah our God? Jer. 16:10
- Jehovah, my strength and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of distress, unto thee shall the nations come from the ends of the earth, and they shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited falsehood and vanity; and in these things there is no profit. Jer. 16:19
- Behold, these say unto me, Where is the word of Jehovah? let it then come! Jer. 17:15
- and say unto them, Hear the word of Jehovah, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates; Jer. 17:20
- And Pashur the son of Immer, the priest -- and he was chief officer in the house of Jehovah -- heard Jeremiah prophesy these things. Jer. 20:1
- and say, Hear the word of Jehovah, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people who enter in through these gates. Jer. 22:2
- But if ye will not hear these words, I have sworn by myself, saith Jehovah, that this house shall become a waste. Jer. 22:5
- Thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel: Like these good figs, so will I regard for good them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans; Jer. 24:5
- From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, the king of Judah, even unto this day, these three and twenty years, the word of Jehovah hath come unto me, and I have spoken unto you, rising early and speaking; but ye have not hearkened. Jer. 25:3
- behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith Jehovah, and I will send to Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about; and I will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual wastes. Jer. 25:9
- And this whole land shall become a waste, an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. Jer. 25:11
- And thou, prophesy unto them all these words, and say unto them, Jehovah will roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he will mightily roar upon his dwelling-place, he will give a shout, as they that tread the vintage, against all the inhabitants of the earth. Jer. 25:30
- And the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of Jehovah. Jer. 26:7
- And the princes of Judah heard these things; and they went up from the king's house unto the house of Jehovah, and sat in the entry of the new gate of Jehovah. Jer. 26:10
- only know for certain that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof; for of a truth Jehovah hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears. Jer. 26:15
- And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field also have I given him to serve him. Jer. 27:6
- And I spoke to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live. Jer. 27:12
- For thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also. Jer. 28:14
- And these are the words of the letter that the prophet Jeremiah sent from Jerusalem to the residue of the elders of the captivity, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon Jer. 29:1
- And these are the words that Jehovah hath spoken concerning Israel and concerning Judah; Jer. 30:4
- Why criest thou because of thy bruise? thy sorrow is incurable; for the greatness of thine iniquity, because thy sins are manifold, I have done these things unto thee. Jer. 30:15
- Set up waymarks, make for thyself signposts; set thy heart toward the highway, the way by which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities. Jer. 31:21
- Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Take these writings, this writing of the purchase, both that which is sealed and this writing which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may remain many days. Jer. 32:14
- And the prophet Jeremiah spoke all these words unto Zedekiah king of Judah, in Jerusalem. Jer. 34:6
- And the king of Babylon's army fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities of Judah that were left, against Lachish, and against Azekah; for these were amongst the cities of Judah, the fenced cities that were left. Jer. 34:7
- And it came to pass, when they heard all the words, they turned in fear one toward another, and said unto Baruch, We will certainly report to the king all these words. Jer. 36:16
- And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write all these words from his mouth? Jer. 36:17
- And Baruch said unto them, He pronounced all these words unto me with his mouth, and I wrote them with ink in the book. Jer. 36:18
- And they were not afraid, nor rent their garments, neither the king nor any of his servants that heard all these words. Jer. 36:24
- And the princes said unto the king, Let this man, we pray thee, be put to death; for why should he weaken the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking to them according to these words? for this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt. Jer. 38:4
- My lord, O king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to the prophet Jeremiah, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he will die by reason of the famine in the place where he is; for there is no more bread in the city. Jer. 38:9
- And Ebed-melech the Ethiopian said to Jeremiah, Put, I pray, these old shreds and rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so. Jer. 38:12
- And king Zedekiah swore secretly unto Jeremiah, saying, As Jehovah liveth, that made us this soul, I will not put thee to death, neither will I give thee into the hand of these men that seek thy life. Jer. 38:16
- And Zedekiah said unto Jeremiah, Let no man know of these words, and thou shalt not die. Jer. 38:24
- -- And all the princes came to Jeremiah, and asked him; and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. And they withdrew quietly from him; for the matter was not reported. Jer. 38:27
- And it came to pass, when Jeremiah had ended speaking unto all the people all the words of Jehovah their God, with which Jehovah their God had sent him to them -- all these words, Jer. 43:1
- and say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones which I have hidden, and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them. Jer. 43:10
- The word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Nerijah, when he wrote these words in a book at the mouth of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, the king of Judah, saying, Jer. 45:1
- And Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that should come upon Babylon, all these words that are written against Babylon. Jer. 51:60
- And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, see that thou read all these words; Jer. 51:61
- The two pillars, the one sea, and the twelve brazen oxen that formed the bases, which king Solomon had made for the house of Jehovah: for the brass of all these vessels there was no weight. Jer. 52:20
- For these things I weep; mine eye, mine eye runneth down with water: for the comforter that should revive my soul is far from me; my children are desolate, for the enemy hath prevailed. Lam. 1:16
- The slain with the sword are happier than the slain with hunger; for these pine away, stricken through for want of the fruits of the field. Lam. 4:9
- For this our heart is faint; for these things our eyes have grown dim, Lam. 5:17
- and these children are impudent and hard-hearted: I am sending thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah. Ezek. 2:4
- and thou shalt take of these again, and cast them into the midst of the fire, and burn them in the fire: from it shall a fire come forth against all the house of Israel. Ezek. 5:4
- And he said unto me, Seest thou, son of man? Thou shalt yet again see greater abominations than these. Ezek. 8:15
- When they stood, these stood; and when they mounted up, these mounted up with them: for the spirit of the living creature was in them. Ezek. 10:17
- And he said unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise iniquity, and give wicked counsel in this city: Ezek. 11:2
- Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumbling-block of their iniquity before their face: should I be inquired of at all by them? Ezek. 14:3
- though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, should be in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord Jehovah. Ezek. 14:14
- -- though these three men should be in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters: they only should be delivered, and the land should be a desolation. Ezek. 14:16
- and these three men should be in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only themselves should be delivered. Ezek. 14:18
- No eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, from abhorrence of thy person, in the day that thou wast born. Ezek. 16:5
- And thou didst take thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hadst borne unto me, and these didst thou sacrifice unto them, to be devoured. Were thy whoredoms a small matter, Ezek. 16:20
- How weak is thy heart, saith the Lord Jehovah, seeing thou doest all these things, the work of a whorish woman, under no restraint; Ezek. 16:30
- Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast raged against me in all these things, behold, therefore, I also will recompense thy way upon thy head, saith the Lord Jehovah, and thou shalt not commit this lewdness besides all thine abominations. Ezek. 16:43

- And under these cells was the entry from the east, as one goeth into them from the outer court. Ezek. 42:9
- And these are the measures of the altar in cubits: the cubit is a cubit and a hand breadth. The bottom was a cubit in height and the breadth a cubit, and its border on the edge thereof round about, one span: and this was the base of the altar. Ezek. 43:13
- And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer up burnt-offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon. Ezek. 43:18

- And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth everything, and as iron that breaketh all these, so shall it break in pieces and bruise. Dan. 2:40
- And in the days of these kings shall the God of the heavens set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the sovereignty thereof shall not be left to another people: it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, but itself shall stand for ever. Dan. 2:44
- There are certain Jews whom thou hast appointed over the administration of the province of Babylon: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: these men, O king, regard thee not; they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image that thou hast set up. Dan. 3:12
- Then Nebuchadnezzar in rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. Then were these men brought before the king. Dan. 3:13
- Then these men were bound in their hosen, their tunics, and their cloaks, and their garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Dan. 3:21
- And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Dan. 3:23
- And the satraps, the prefects, and the governors, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had had no power, nor was the hair of their head singed, neither were their hosen changed, nor had the smell of fire passed on them. Dan. 3:27
- and over these, three presidents -- of whom Daniel was one -- to whom these satraps should render account, and that the king should suffer no loss. Dan. 6:2
- Then said these men, We shall not find any pretext against this Daniel, unless we find it against him touching the law of his God. Dan. 6:5
- Then these presidents and satraps came in a body to the king, and said thus unto him: King Darius, live for ever! Dan. 6:6
- Then the king, when he heard these words, was sore distressed thereby, and set his heart on Daniel to save him; and he laboured till the going down of the sun to deliver him. Dan. 6:14
- Then these men came in a body unto the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed. Dan. 6:15
- These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, that shall arise out of the earth. Dan. 7:17
- And as he was speaking with me according to these words, I set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb. Dan. 10:15
- However, I will declare unto thee that which is set down in the scripture of truth; and there is not one that sheweth himself strong with me against these, but Michael your prince. Dan. 10:21
- And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of the heavens; but not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion wherewith he ruled; for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside these. Dan. 11:4
- And both these kings' hearts shall meditate mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper; for yet the end shall be at the time appointed. Dan. 11:27
- And he shall enter into the land of beauty, and many countries shall be overthrown; but these shall escape out of his hand: Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon. Dan. 11:41
- And he said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, How long is it to the end of these wonders? Dan. 12:6
- And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river; and he held up his right hand and his left hand unto the heavens, and swore by him that liveth for ever that it is for a time, times, and a half; and when the scattering of the power of the holy people shall be accomplished, all these things shall be finished. - And I heard, but I understood not. And I said, My lord, what shall be the end of these things? Dan. 12:8
- And he said, Go thy way, Daniel; for these words are closed and sealed till the time of the end. Dan. 12:9
- And I will make desolate her vine and her fig-tree, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards which my lovers have given me; and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them. Hos. 2:12
- Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? intelligent, and he shall know them? For the ways of Jehovah are right, and the just shall walk in them; but the transgressors shall fall therein. Hos. 14:9
- Pass unto Calneh, and see; and from thence go to Hamath the great; and go down to Gath of the Philistines: are they better than these kingdoms? or their border greater than your border? Amos 6:2
- Prophesy ye not, they prophesy. If they do not prophesy to these, the ignominy will not depart. Mic. 2:6
- O thou that art named the house of Jacob, Is Jehovah impatient? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly? Mic. 2:7
- Shall not all these take up a proverb about him, and a taunting riddle against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? -- and to him that loadeth himself with pledges! Hab. 2:6
- And Haggai said, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, is it become unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean. Hag. 2:13
- And I said, My lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these are. Zech. 1:9
- And the man that stood among the myrtle-trees answered and said, These are they whom Jehovah hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. Zech. 1:10
- And the angel of Jehovah answered and said, Jehovah of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these seventy years? Zech. 1:12
- And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these? And he said to me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. Zech. 1:19
- And I said, What come these to do? And he spoke, saying, Those are the horns which scattered Judah, so that no man lifted up his head; but these are come to affright them, to cast out the horns of the nations, which lifted up the horn against the land of Judah to scatter it. Zech. 1:21
- Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts; and I will give thee a place to walk among these that stand by. Zech. 3:7
- And I answered and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord? Zech. 4:4
- And the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord. Zech. 4:5
- For who hath despised the day of small things? Yea, they shall rejoice even those seven -- and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel: these are the eyes of Jehovah, which run to and fro in the whole earth. Zech. 4:10
- And I answered and said unto him, What are these two olive-trees on the right of the lamp-stand and on its left? Zech. 4:11
- And he spoke to me, saying, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord. Zech. 4:13
- And he said, These are the two sons of oil, that stand before the Lord of the whole earth. Zech. 4:14
- And I said to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these carry the ephah? Zech. 5:10
- And I spoke and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? Zech. 6:4
- And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. Zech. 6:5
- And he cried unto me, and spoke unto me, saying, See, these that go forth towards the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country. Zech. 6:8
- Are not these the words that Jehovah cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and at peace, and her cities round about her, when the south and the lowland were inhabited? Zech. 7:7
- Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, that were in the day that the foundation of the house of Jehovah of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built. Zech. 8:9
- for the seed shall be prosperous, the vine shall give its fruit, and the ground shall give its produce, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things. Zech. 8:12
- so again have I thought in these days to do good unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not. Zech. 8:15
- These are the things that ye shall do: Speak truth every one with his neighbour; execute truth and the judgment of peace in your gates; Zech. 8:16
- and let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith Jehovah. Zech. 8:17
- but while he pondered on these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, fear not to take to thee Mary, thy wife, for that which is begotten in her is of the Holy Spirit. Mt. 1:20
- And do not think to say within yourselves, We have Abraham for our father; for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children to Abraham. Mt. 3:9
- And the tempter coming up to him said, If thou be Son of God, speak, that these stones may become loaves of bread. Mt. 4:3
- and says to him, All these things will I give thee if, falling down, thou wilt do me homage. Mt. 4:9
- Whosoever then shall do away with one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of the heavens; but whosoever shall practise and teach them, *he* shall be called great in the kingdom of the heavens. Mt. 5:19
- But let your word be Yea, yea; Nay, nay; but what is more than these is from evil. Mt. 5:37
- but I say unto you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed as one of these. Mt. 6:29
- for all these things the nations seek after; for your heavenly Father knows that ye have need of all these things. Mt. 6:32
- But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Mt. 6:33
- Whoever therefore hears these my words and does them, I will liken him to a prudent man, who built his house upon the rock; Mt. 7:24
- And every one who hears these my words and does not do them, he shall be likened to a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand; Mt. 7:26
- And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his doctrine, Mt. 7:28
- As he spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler coming in did homage to him, saying, My daughter has by this died; but come and lay thy hand upon her and she shall live. Mt. 9:18
- But as these were going out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed by a demon. Mt. 9:32
- Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; Mt. 10:2
- These twelve Jesus sent out when he had charged them, saying, Go not off into the way of the nations, and into a city of Samaritans enter ye not; Mt. 10:5
- And whosoever shall give to drink to one of these little ones a cup of cold water only, in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. Mt. 10:42
- At that time, Jesus answering said, I praise thee, Father, Lord of the heaven and of the earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes. Mt. 11:25
- All these things Jesus spoke to the crowds in parables, and without a parable he did not speak to them, Mt. 13:34
- and the field is the world; and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom, but the darnel are the sons of the evil one; Mt. 13:38
- Jesus says to them, Have ye understood all these things? They say to him, Yea, Lord. Mt. 13:51
- And it came to pass when Jesus had finished these parables he withdrew thence. Mt. 13:53
- And having come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, Whence has this man this wisdom and these works of power? Mt. 13:54
- And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then has this man all these things? Mt. 13:56
- and said to his servants, This is John the baptist: *he* is risen from the dead, and because of this these works of power display their force in him. Mt. 14:2
- these are the things which defile man; but the eating with unwashen hands does not defile man. Mt. 15:20
- But whosoever shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it were profitable for him that a great millstone had been hanged upon his neck and he be sunk in the depths of the sea. Mt. 18:6
- See that ye do not despise one of these little ones; for I say unto you that their angels in the heavens continually behold the face of my Father who is in the heavens. Mt. 18:10
- So it is not the will of your Father who is in the heavens that one of these little ones should perish. Mt. 18:14
- And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these words, he withdrew from Galilee, and came to the coasts of Judaea beyond the Jordan; Mt. 19:1
- The young man says to him, All these have I kept; what lack I yet? Mt. 19:20
- saying, These last have worked one hour, and thou hast made them equal to us, who have borne the burden of the day and the heat. Mt. 20:12
- And he said to her, What wilt thou? She says to him, Speak the word that these my two sons may sit, one on thy right hand and one on thy left in thy kingdom. Mt. 20:21
- and said to him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus says to them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise? Mt. 21:16
- And when he came into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, saying, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority? Mt. 21:23
- And Jesus answering said to them, *I* also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, *I* also will tell you by what authority I do these things: Mt. 21:24
- And answering Jesus they said, We do not know. *He* also said to them, Neither do *I* tell you by what authority I do these things. Mt. 21:27
- On these two commandments the whole law and the prophets hang. Mt. 22:40
- Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for ye pay tithes of mint and anise and cummin, and ye have left aside the weightier matters of the law, judgment and mercy and faith: these ye ought to have done and not have left those aside. Mt. 23:23
- Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. Mt. 23:36
- And he answering said to them, Do ye not see all these things? Verily I say to you, Not a stone shall be left here upon a stone which shall not be thrown down. Mt. 24:2
- And as he was sitting upon the mount of Olives the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign of thy coming and the completion of the age? Mt. 24:3
- But ye will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not disturbed; for all these things must take place, but it is not yet the end. Mt. 24:6
- But all these are the beginning of throes. Mt. 24:8
- And these glad tidings of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole habitable earth, for a witness to all the nations, and then shall come the end. Mt. 24:14
- Thus also *ye*, when ye see all these things, know that it is near, at the doors. Mt. 24:33
- Verily I say to you, This generation will not have passed away until all these things shall have taken place. Mt. 24:34
- And the King answering shall say to them, Verily, I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it to me. Mt. 25:40
- Then shall he answer them saying, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have not done it to one of these least, neither have ye done it to me. Mt. 25:45
- And these shall go away into eternal punishment, and the righteous into life eternal. Mt. 25:46
- And it came to pass when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said to his disciples, Mt. 26:1
- Verily I say to you, Wheresoever these glad tidings may be preached in the whole world, that also which this woman has done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her. Mt. 26:13
- And the high priest standing up said to him, Answerest thou nothing? What do these witness against thee? Mt. 26:62
- And going on thence a little, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, and these were in the ship repairing the trawl-nets; Mk. 1:19
- And straightway Jesus, knowing in his spirit that they are reasoning thus within themselves, said to them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? Mk. 2:8
- and these are they by the wayside where the word is sown, and when they hear, immediately Satan comes and takes away the word that was sown in them. Mk. 4:15
- And these are they in like manner who are sown upon the rocky places, who when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy, Mk. 4:16
- And others are they who are sown among the thorns: these are they who have heard the word, Mk. 4:18
- And these are they who have been sown on the good ground, such as hear the word and receive it, and bear fruit; one thirty, and one sixty, and one a hundred fold. Mk. 4:20
- And when sabbath was come he began to teach in the synagogue, and many hearing were amazed, saying, Whence has this man these things? and what is the wisdom that is given to him, and such works of power are done by his hands? Mk. 6:2
- all these wicked things go forth from within and defile the man. Mk. 7:23
- And his disciples answered him, Whence shall one be able to satisfy these with bread here in a desert place? Mk. 8:4
- And they had a few small fishes, and having blessed them, he desired these also to be set before them. Mk. 8:7
- And he answering said to him, Teacher, all these things have I kept from my youth. Mk. 10:20
- and they say to him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority, that thou shouldest do these things? Mk. 11:28
- And Jesus answering said to them, *I* also will ask you one thing, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things: Mk. 11:29
- And they answering say to Jesus, We do not know. And Jesus answering says to them, Neither do *I* tell you by what authority I do these things. Mk. 11:33
- And a second like it is this: Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is not another commandment greater than these. Mk. 12:31
- who devour the houses of widows, and as a pretext make long prayers. These shall receive a severer judgment. Mk. 12:40
- And Jesus answering said to him, Seest thou these great buildings? not a stone shall be left upon a stone, which shall not be thrown down. Mk. 13:2
- Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled? Mk. 13:4
- For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be earthquakes in different places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these things are the beginnings of throes. Mk. 13:8
- Thus also *ye*, when ye see these things happening, know that it is near, at the doors. Mk. 13:29
- Verily I say unto you, This generation shall in no wise pass away, till all these things take place. Mk. 13:30
- And verily I say unto you, Wheresoever these glad tidings may be preached in the whole world, what this woman has done shall be also spoken of for a memorial of her. Mk. 14:9
- And the high priest, rising up before them all, asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? What do these testify against thee? Mk. 14:60
- And when these heard that he was alive and had been seen of her, they disbelieved it. Mk. 16:11
- And after these things he was manifested in another form to two of them as they walked, going into the country; Mk. 16:12
- And these signs shall follow those that have believed: in my name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; Mk. 16:17
- And the angel answering, said to him, *I* am Gabriel, who stand before God, and I have been sent to speak to thee, and to bring these glad tidings to thee; Lk. 1:19
- and behold, thou shalt be silent and not able to speak, till the day in which these things shall take place, because thou hast not believed my words, the which shall be fulfilled in their time. Lk. 1:20
- Now after these days, Elizabeth his wife conceived, and hid herself five months, saying, Lk. 1:24
- Thus has the Lord done to me in these days in which he looked upon me to take away my reproach among men. Lk. 1:25
- And fear came upon all who dwelt round about them; and in the whole hill-country of Judaea all these things were the subject of conversation. Lk. 1:65

- And they were all filled with rage in the synagogue, hearing these things; Lk. 4:28
- And after these things he went forth and saw a tax-gatherer, Levi by name, sitting at the receipt of taxes, and said to him, Follow me. Lk. 5:27
- And the disciples of John brought him word concerning all these things: Lk. 7:18
- and other fell into the good ground, and having sprung up bore fruit a hundredfold. As he said these things he cried, He that has ears to hear, let him hear. Lk. 8:8
- But those upon the rock, those who when they hear receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a time, and in time of trial fall away. Lk. 8:13
- But that that fell where the thorns were, these are they who having heard go away and are choked under cares and riches and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to perfection. Lk. 8:14
- But that in the good ground, these are they who in an honest and good heart, having heard the word keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. Lk. 8:15
- And it came to pass after these words, about eight days, that taking Peter and John and James he went up into a mountain to pray. Lk. 9:28
- But as he was saying these things, there came a cloud and overshadowed them, and they feared as they entered into the cloud: Lk. 9:34
- Do *ye* let these words sink into your ears. For the Son of man is about to be delivered into men's hands. Lk. 9:44
- Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place where he himself was about to come. Lk. 10:1
- In the same hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit and said, I praise thee, Father, Lord of the heaven and of the earth, that thou hast hid these things from wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes: yea, Father, for thus has it been well-pleasing in thy sight. Lk. 10:21
- Which now of these three seems to thee to have been neighbour of him who fell into the hands of the robbers? Lk. 10:36
- And it came to pass as he spake these things, a certain woman, lifting up her voice out of the crowd, said to him, Blessed is the womb that has borne thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. Lk. 11:27
- But woe unto you, Pharisees, for ye pay tithes of mint and rue and every herb, and pass by the judgment and the love of God: these ye ought to have done, and not have left those aside. Lk. 11:42
- And one of the doctors of the law answering says to him, Teacher, in saying these things thou insultest us also. Lk. 11:45
- For this reason also the wisdom of God has said, I will send to them prophets and apostles, and of these shall they kill and drive out by persecution, Lk. 11:49
- And as he said these things to them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to press him urgently, and to make him speak of many things; Lk. 11:53
- Consider the lilies how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; but I say unto you, Not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed as one of these. Lk. 12:27
- for all these things do the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that ye have need of these things; Lk. 12:30
- but seek his kingdom, and all these things shall be added to you. Lk. 12:31
- And he answering said to them, Think ye that these Galileans were sinners beyond all the Galileans because they suffered such things? Lk. 13:2
- And he said to the vinedresser, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig-tree and find none: cut it down; why does it also render the ground useless? Lk. 13:7
- But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus healed on the sabbath, answering said to the crowd, There are six days in which people ought to work; in these therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. Lk. 13:14
- And this woman, who is a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, ought she not to be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? Lk. 13:16
- And as he said these things, all who were opposed to him were ashamed; and all the crowd rejoiced at all the glorious things which were being done by him. Lk. 13:17
- And they were not able to answer him to these things. Lk. 14:6
- And one of those that were lying at table with them, hearing these things, said to him, Blessed is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God. Lk. 14:15
- And the bondman came up and brought back word of these things to his lord. Then the master of the house, in anger, said to his bondman, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring here the poor and crippled and lame and blind. Lk. 14:21
- And having called one of the servants, he inquired what these things might be. Lk. 15:26
- And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things, and mocked him. Lk. 16:14
- It would be more profitable for him if a millstone were hanged about his neck and he cast into the sea, than that he should be a snare to one of these little ones. Lk. 17:2
- And he said, All these things have I kept from my youth. Lk. 18:21
- And they understood nothing of these things. And this word was hidden from them, and they did not know what was said. Lk. 18:34
- But as they were listening to these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was near to Jerusalem and they thought that the kingdom of God was about to be immediately manifested. Lk. 19:11
- And it came to pass on his arrival back again, having received the kingdom, that he desired these bondmen to whom he gave the money to be called to him, in order that he might know what every one had gained by trading. Lk. 19:15
- And having said these things, he went on before, going up to Jerusalem. Lk. 19:28
- And he answering said to them, I say unto you, If these shall be silent, the stones will cry out. Lk. 19:40
- and spoke to him saying, Tell us by what authority thou doest these things, or who is it who has given thee this authority? Lk. 20:2
- And Jesus said to them, Neither do *I* tell you by what authority I do these things. Lk. 20:8
- who devour the houses of widows, and as a pretext make long prayers. These shall receive a severer judgment. Lk. 20:47
- for all these out of their abundance have cast into the gifts of God; but she out of her need has cast in all the living which she had. Lk. 21:4
- As to these things which ye are beholding, days are coming in which there shall not be left stone upon stone which shall not be thrown down. Lk. 21:6
- And they asked him saying, Teacher, when then shall these things be; and what is the sign when these things are going to take place? Lk. 21:7
- And when ye shall hear of wars and tumults, be not terrified, for these things must first take place, but the end is not immediately. Lk. 21:9
- But before all these things they shall lay their hands upon you and persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors on account of my name; Lk. 21:12
- for these are days of avenging, that all the things that are written may be accomplished. Lk. 21:22
- But when these things begin to come to pass, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws nigh. Lk. 21:28
- So also *ye*, when ye see these things take place, know that the kingdom of God is near. Lk. 21:31
- Watch therefore, praying at every season, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things which are about to come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Lk. 21:36
- for if these things are done in the green tree, what shall take place in the dry? Lk. 23:31
- And all those who knew him stood afar off, the women also who had followed him from Galilee, beholding these things. Lk. 23:49
- and, returning from the sepulchre, related all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. Lk. 24:9
- Now it was Mary of Magdala, and Johanna, and Mary the mother of James, and the others with them, who told these things to the apostles. Lk. 24:10
- and they conversed with one another about all these things which had taken place. Lk. 24:14
- And he said to them, What discourses are these which pass between you as ye walk, and are downcast? Lk. 24:17
- And one of them, named Cleopas, answering said to him, Thou sojournest alone in Jerusalem, and dost not know what has taken place in it in these days? Lk. 24:18
- But *we* had hoped that *he* was the one who is about to redeem Israel. But then, besides all these things, it is now, to-day, the third day since these things took place. Lk. 24:21
- Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into his glory? Lk. 24:26
- And as they were saying these things, he himself stood in their midst, and says to them, Peace be unto you. Lk. 24:36
- And he said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you while I was yet with you, that all that is written concerning me in the law of Moses and prophets and psalms must be fulfilled. Lk. 24:44
- And *ye* are witnesses of these things. Lk. 24:48
- These things took place in Bethany, across the Jordan, where John was baptising. Jn. 1:28
- Jesus answered and said to him, Because I said to thee, I saw thee under the fig-tree, believest thou? Thou shalt see greater things than these. Jn. 1:50
- and said to the sellers of doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house a house of merchandise. Jn. 2:16
- The Jews therefore answered and said to him, What sign shewest thou to us, that thou doest these things? Jn. 2:18
- he came to him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art come a teacher from God, for none can do these signs that thou doest unless God be with him. Jn. 3:2
- Nicodemus answered and said to him, How can these things be? Jn. 3:9
- Jesus answered and said to him, Thou art the teacher of Israel and knowest not these things! Jn. 3:10
- After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he abode with them and baptised. Jn. 3:22
- After these things was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Jn. 5:1
- In these lay a multitude of sick, blind, lame, withered, awaiting the moving of the water. Jn. 5:3
- After these things Jesus finds him in the temple, and said to him, Behold, thou art become well: sin no more, that something worse do not happen to thee. Jn. 5:14
- And for this the Jews persecuted Jesus and sought to kill him, because he had done these things on sabbath. Jn. 5:16
- Jesus therefore answered and said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, The Son can do nothing of himself save whatever he sees the Father doing: for whatever things *he* does, these things also the Son does in like manner. Jn. 5:19
- For the Father loves the Son and shews him all things which he himself does; and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may wonder. Jn. 5:20
- After these things Jesus went away beyond the sea of Galilee, or of Tiberias, Jn. 6:1
- Jesus then, lifting up his eyes and seeing that a great crowd is coming to him, says to Philip, Whence shall we buy loaves that these may eat? Jn. 6:5
- These things he said in the synagogue, teaching in Capernaum. Jn. 6:59
- And after these things Jesus walked in Galilee, for he would not walk in Judaea, because the Jews sought to kill him. Jn. 7:1
- for no one does anything in secret and himself seeks to be known in public. If thou doest these things, manifest thyself to the world: Jn. 7:4
- Having said these things to them he abode in Galilee. Jn. 7:9
- The Pharisees heard the crowd murmuring these things concerning him, and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers that they might take him. Jn. 7:32
- These words spoke he in the treasury, teaching in the temple; and no one took him, for his hour was not yet come. Jn. 8:20
- I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but he that has sent me is true, and I, what I have heard from him, these things I say to the world. Jn. 8:26
- Jesus therefore said to them, When ye shall have lifted up the Son of man, then ye shall know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself, but as the Father has taught me I speak these things. Jn. 8:28
- As he spoke these things many believed on him. Jn. 8:30
- Having said these things, he spat on the ground and made mud of the spittle, and put the mud, as ointment, on his eyes. Jn. 9:6
- His parents said these things because they feared the Jews, for the Jews had already agreed that if any one confessed him to be the Christ, he should be excommunicated from the synagogue. Jn. 9:22
- And some of the Pharisees who were with him heard these things, and they said to him, Are we blind also? Jn. 9:40
- There was a division again among the Jews on account of these words; Jn. 10:19
- Others said, These sayings are not those of one that is possessed by a demon. Can a demon open blind people's eyes? Jn. 10:21
- Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye do not believe. The works which I do in my Father's name, these bear witness concerning me: Jn. 10:25
- These things said he; and after this he says to them, Lazarus, our friend, is fallen asleep, but I go that I may awake him out of sleep. Jn. 11:11
- Now his disciples knew not these things at the first; but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things to him. Jn. 12:16
- these therefore came to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and they asked him saying, Sir, we desire to see Jesus. Jn. 12:21
- While ye have the light, believe in the light, that ye may become sons of light. Jesus said these things, and going away hid himself from them. Jn. 12:36
- These things said Esaias because he saw his glory and spoke of him. Jn. 12:41
- If ye know these things, blessed are ye if ye do them. Jn. 13:17
- Having said these things, Jesus was troubled in spirit, and testified and said, Verily, verily, I say to you, that one of you shall deliver me up. Jn. 13:21
- Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me, the works which I do shall he do also, and he shall do greater than these, because I go to the Father. Jn. 14:12
- These things I have said to you, abiding with you; Jn. 14:25
- I have spoken these things to you that my joy may be in you, and your joy be full. Jn. 15:11
- These things I command you, that ye love one another. Jn. 15:17
- But they will do all these things to you on account of my name, because they have not known him that sent me. Jn. 15:21
- These things I have spoken unto you that ye may not be offended. Jn. 16:1
- and these things they will do because they have not known the Father nor me. Jn. 16:3
- But I have spoken these things to you, that when their hour shall have come, ye may remember them, that I have said them unto you. But I did not say these things unto you from the beginning, because I was with you. Jn. 16:4
- But because I have spoken these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. Jn. 16:6
- These things I have spoken to you in allegories; the hour is coming that I will no longer speak to you in allegories, but will declare to you openly concerning the Father. Jn. 16:25
- These things have I spoken to you that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye have tribulation; but be of good courage: I have overcome the world. Jn. 16:33
- These things Jesus spoke, and lifted up his eyes to heaven and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son may glorify thee; Jn. 17:1
- And I am no longer in the world, and these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep them in thy name which thou hast given me, that they may be one as we. Jn. 17:11
- And now I come to thee. And these things I speak in the world, that they may have my joy fulfilled in them. Jn. 17:13
- And I do not demand for these only, but also for those who believe on me through their word; Jn. 17:20
- Righteous Father, -- and the world has not known thee, but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. Jn. 17:25
- Jesus, having said these things, went out with his disciples beyond the torrent Cedron, where was a garden, into which he entered, he and his disciples. Jn. 18:1
- Jesus answered, I told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go away; Jn. 18:8
- But as he said these things, one of the officers who stood by gave a blow on the face to Jesus, saying, Answerest thou the high priest thus? Jn. 18:22
- Pilate therefore, having heard these words, led Jesus out and sat down upon the judgment-seat, at a place called Pavement, but in Hebrew Gabbatha; Jn. 19:13
- They said therefore to one another, Let us not rend it, but let us cast lots for it, whose it shall be; that the scripture might be fulfilled which says, They parted my garments among themselves, and on my vesture they cast lots. The soldiers therefore did these things. Jn. 19:24
- For these things took place that the scripture might be fulfilled, Not a bone of him shall be broken. Jn. 19:36
- And after these things Joseph of Arimathaea, who was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly through fear of the Jews, demanded of Pilate that he might take the body of Jesus: and Pilate allowed it. He came therefore and took away the body of Jesus. Jn. 19:38
- Having said these things she turned backward and beholds Jesus standing there, and knew not that it was Jesus. Jn. 20:14
- Mary of Magdala comes bringing word to the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had said these things to her. Jn. 20:18
- but these are written that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing ye might have life in his name. Jn. 20:31
- After these things Jesus manifested himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. And he manifested himself thus. Jn. 21:1
- When therefore they had dined, Jesus says to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He says to him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I am attached to thee. He says to him, Feed my lambs. Jn. 21:15
- This is the disciple who bears witness concerning these things, and who has written these things; and we know that his witness is true. Jn. 21:24
- And having said these things he was taken up, they beholding him, and a cloud received him out of their sight. Acts 1:9
- These gave themselves all with one accord to continual prayer, with several women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren. Acts 1:14
- beginning from the baptism of John until the day in which he was taken up from us, one of these should be a witness with us of his resurrection. Acts 1:22
- And they prayed, and said, Thou Lord, knower of the hearts of all, shew which one of these two thou hast chosen, Acts 1:24
- And all were amazed and wondered, saying, Behold, are not all these who are speaking Galilaeans? Acts 2:7
- for these are not full of wine, as *ye* suppose, for it is the third hour of the day; Acts 2:15
- Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus the Nazaraean, a man borne witness to by God to you by works of power and wonders and signs, which God wrought by him in your midst, as yourselves know Acts 2:22
- And indeed all the prophets from Samuel and those in succession after him, as many as have spoken, have announced also these days. Acts 3:24
- saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed an evident sign has come to pass through their means is manifest to all that inhabit Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it. Acts 4:16
- And Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and expired. And great fear came upon all who heard it. Acts 5:5
- And great fear came upon all the assembly, and upon all who heard these things. Acts 5:11
- And when they heard these words, both the priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests were in perplexity as to them, what this would come to. Acts 5:24
- And *we* are his witnesses of these things, and the Holy Spirit also, which God has given to those that obey him. Acts 5:32
- But they, when they heard these things, were cut to the heart, and took counsel to kill them. Acts 5:33
- and said to them, Men of Israel, take heed to yourselves as regards these men what ye are going to do; Acts 5:35
- for before these days Theudas rose up, alleging himself to be somebody, to whom a number of men, about four hundred, were joined; who was slain, and all, as many as obeyed him, were dispersed and came to nothing. Acts 5:36
- And now I say to you, Withdraw from these men and let them alone, for if this counsel or this work have its origin from men, it will be destroyed; Acts 5:38
- And the high priest said, Are these things then so? Acts 7:1
- and the nation to which they shall be in bondage will *I* judge, said God; and after these things they shall come forth and serve me in this place. Acts 7:7
- has not my hand made all these things? Acts 7:50
- And hearing these things they were cut to the heart, and gnashed their teeth against him. Acts 7:54
- And on the morrow, as these were journeying and drawing near to the city, Peter went up on the house to pray, about the sixth hour. Acts 10:9
- While Peter was yet speaking these words the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were hearing the word. Acts 10:44
- Can any one forbid water that these should not be baptised, who have received the Holy Spirit as we also did? Acts 10:47
- And the Spirit said to me to go with them, nothing doubting. And there went with me these six brethren also, and we entered into the house of the man, Acts 11:12
- And when they heard these things they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then indeed God has to the nations also granted repentance to life. Acts 11:18
- Now in these days prophets went down from Jerusalem to Antioch; Acts 11:27
- And having made a sign to them with his hand to be silent, he related to them how the Lord had brought him out of prison; and he said, Report these things to James and to the brethren. And he went out and went to another place. Acts 12:17
- And after these things he gave them judges till Samuel the prophet, to the end of about four hundred and fifty years. Acts 13:20
- And as they went out they begged that these words might be spoken to them the ensuing sabbath. Acts 13:42
- and saying, Men, why do ye these things? *We* also are men of like passions with you, preaching to you to turn from these vanities to the living God, who made the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and all things in them; Acts 14:15
- And saying these things, they with difficulty kept the crowds from sacrificing to them. Acts 14:18
- After these things I will return, and will rebuild the tabernacle of David which is fallen, and will rebuild its ruins, and will set it up, Acts 15:16
- so that the residue of men may seek out the Lord, and all the nations on whom my name is invoked, saith the Lord, who does these things Acts 15:17
- For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: Acts 15:28
- She, having followed Paul and us, cried saying, These men are bondmen of the Most High God, who announce to you the way of salvation. Acts 16:17
- and having brought them up to the praetors, said, These men utterly trouble our city, being Jews, Acts 16:20
- And the jailor reported these words to Paul: The praetors have sent that ye may be let go. Now therefore go out and depart in peace. Acts 16:36
- And the lictors reported these words to the praetors. And they were afraid when they heard they were Romans. Acts 16:38
- and not having found them, dragged Jason and certain brethren before the politarchs, crying out, These men that have set the world in tumult, are come here also, Acts 17:6
- whom Jason has received; and these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying, that there is another king, Jesus. Acts 17:7
- And they troubled the crowd and the politarchs when they heard these things. Acts 17:8
- And these were more noble than those in Thessalonica, receiving the word with all readiness of mind, daily searching the scriptures if these things were so. Acts 17:11
- For thou bringest certain strange things to our ears. We wish therefore to know what these things may mean. Acts 17:20
- And after these things, having left Athens, he came to Corinth; Acts 18:1
- but if it be questions about words, and names, and the law that ye have, see to it yourselves; for *I* do not intend to be judge of these things. Acts 18:15
- And having all laid hold on Sosthenes the ruler of the synagogue, they beat him before the judgment-seat. And Gallio troubled himself about none of these things. Acts 18:17
- And when these things were fulfilled, Paul purposed in his spirit to go to Jerusalem, passing through Macedonia and Achaia, saying, After I have been there I must see Rome also. Acts 19:21
- These things therefore being undeniable, it is necessary that ye should be calm and do nothing headlong. Acts 19:36
- For ye have brought these men, who are neither temple-plunderers, nor speak injuriously of your goddess. Acts 19:37
- And having said these things, he dismissed the assembly. Acts 19:41
- These going before waited for us in Troas; Acts 20:5
- Yourselves know that these hands have ministered to my wants, and to those who were with me. Acts 20:34
- And having said these things, he knelt down and prayed with them all. Acts 20:36
- And when we heard these things, both we and those of the place besought him not to go up to Jerusalem. Acts 21:12
- And after these days, having got our effects ready, we went up to Jerusalem. Acts 21:15
- take these and be purified with them, and pay their expenses, that they may have their heads shaved; and all will know that of those things of which they have been informed about thee nothing is true; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, keeping the law. Acts 21:24
- Thou art not then that Egyptian who before these days raised a sedition and led out into the wilderness the four thousand men of the assassins? Acts 21:38
- The chiliarch then dismissed the youth, commanding him, Utter to no one that thou hast represented these things to me. Acts 23:22
- And these, having entered into Caesarea, and given up the letter to the governor, presented Paul also to him. Acts 23:33
- having commanded his accusers to come to thee; of whom thou canst thyself, in examining him, know the certainty of all these things of which we accuse him. Acts 24:8
- And the Jews also joined in pressing the matter against Paul, saying that these things were so. Acts 24:9
- or let these themselves say what wrong they found in me when I stood before the council, Acts 24:20
- But Festus, desirous of obliging the Jews, to acquire their favour, answering Paul, said, Art thou willing to go up to Jerusalem, there to be judged before me concerning these things? Acts 25:9
- And as I myself was at a loss as to an inquiry into these things, I said, Was he willing to go to Jerusalem and there to be judged concerning these things? Acts 25:20
- On account of these things the Jews, having seized me in the temple, attempted to lay hands on and destroy me. Acts 26:21
- And as he answered for his defence with these things, Festus says with a loud voice, Thou art mad, Paul; much learning turns thee to madness. Acts 26:24
- for the king is informed about these things, to whom also I speak with all freedom. For I am persuaded that of these things nothing is hidden from him; for this was not done in a corner. Acts 26:26
- And Paul said, I would to God, both in little and in much, that not only thou, but all who have heard me this day, should become such as *I* also am, except these bonds. Acts 26:29
- Paul said to the centurion and the soldiers, Unless these abide in the ship *ye* cannot be saved. Acts 27:31
- And, having said these things and taken a loaf, he gave thanks to God before all, and having broken it began to eat. Acts 27:35
- For when those of the nations, which have no law, practise by nature the things of the law, these, having no law, are a law to themselves; Rom. 2:14
- for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, *these* are sons of God. Rom. 8:14
- But whom he has predestinated, these also he has called; and whom he has called, these also he has justified; but whom he has justified, these also he has glorified. Rom. 8:30
- What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who against us? Rom. 8:31
- But in all these things we more than conquer through him that has loved us. Rom. 8:37
- That is, they that are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are reckoned as seed. Rom. 9:8
- For as indeed *ye* also once have not believed in God, but now have been objects of mercy through the unbelief of *these*; Rom. 11:30
- so these also have now not believed in your mercy, in order that *they* also may be objects of mercy. Rom. 11:31
- But now, having no longer place in these regions, and having great desire to come to you these many years, Rom. 15:23
- Now these things, brethren, I have transferred, in their application, to myself and Apollos, for your sakes, that ye may learn in us the lesson of not letting your thoughts go above what is written, that ye may not be puffed up one for such a one against another. 1 Cor. 4:6
- Not as chiding do I write these things to you, but as my beloved children I admonish you. 1 Cor. 4:14
- And these things were some of you; but ye have been washed, but ye have been sanctified, but ye have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Cor. 6:11
- Do I speak these things as a man, or does not the law also say these things? 1 Cor. 9:8
- But *I* have used none of these things. Now I have not written these things that it should be thus in my case; for it were good for me rather to die than that any one should make vain my boast. 1 Cor. 9:15
- But these things happened as types of us, that we should not be lusters after evil things, as they also lusted. 1 Cor. 10:6
- Now all these things happened to them as types, and have been written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come. 1 Cor. 10:11
- But all these things operates the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each in particular according as he pleases. 1 Cor. 12:11
- and those parts of the body which we esteem to be the more void of honour, these we clothe with more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness; 1 Cor. 12:23
- And now abide faith, hope, love; these three things; and the greater of these is love. 1 Cor. 13:13
- And when I am arrived, whomsoever ye shall approve, these I will send with letters to carry your bounty to Jerusalem: 1 Cor. 16:3
- to the one an odour from death unto death, but to the others an odour from life unto life; and who is sufficient for these things? 2 Cor. 2:16
- Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us purify ourselves from every pollution of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God's fear. 2 Cor. 7:1
- For we dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves; but these, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are not intelligent. 2 Cor. 10:12
- On this account I write these things being absent, that being present I may not use severity according to the authority which the Lord has given me for building up, and not for overthrowing. 2 Cor. 13:10
- For if the things I have thrown down, these I build again, I constitute myself a transgressor. Gal. 2:18
- Know then that they that are on the principle of faith, these are Abraham's sons; Gal. 3:7

- Which things have an allegorical sense; for these are two covenants: one from mount Sinai, gendering to bondage, which is Hagar. Gal. 4:24
- For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these things are opposed one to the other, that ye should not do those things which ye desire; Gal. 5:17
- envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revels, and things like these; as to which I tell you beforehand, even as I also have said before, that they who do such things shall not inherit God's kingdom. Gal. 5:21
- As many as desire to have a fair appearance in the flesh, these compel you to be circumcised, only that they may not be persecuted because of the cross of Christ. Gal. 6:12
- Let no one deceive you with vain words, for on account of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Eph. 5:6
- besides all these, having taken the shield of faith with which ye will be able to quench all the inflamed darts of the wicked one. Eph. 6:16
- These indeed out of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the glad tidings; Phil. 1:16
- but what things were gain to me these I counted, on account of Christ, loss. Phil. 3:7
- For the rest, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are noble, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are amiable, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue and if any praise, think on these things. Phil. 4:8
- What ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, these things do; and the God of peace shall be with you. Phil. 4:9
- In which *ye* also once walked when ye lived in these things. Col. 3:7
- But now, put off, *ye* also, all these things, wrath, anger, malice, blasphemy, vile language out of your mouth. Col. 3:8
- And to all these add love, which is the bond of perfectness. Col. 3:14
- and Jesus called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These are the only fellow-workers for the kingdom of God who have been a consolation to me. Col. 4:11
- that no one might be moved by these afflictions. (For yourselves know that we are set for this; 1 Th. 3:3
- not overstepping the rights of and wronging his brother in the matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all these things, even as we also told you before, and have fully testified. 1 Th. 4:6
- So encourage one another with these words.) 1 Th. 4:18
- Do ye not remember that, being yet with you, I said these things to you? 2 Th. 2:5
- And let these be first proved, then let them minister, being without charge against them. 1 Tim. 3:10

- Laying these things before the brethren, thou wilt be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished with the words of the faith and of the good teaching which thou hast fully followed up. 1 Tim. 4:6
- Enjoin and teach these things. 1 Tim. 4:11
- Occupy thyself with these things; be wholly in them, that thy progress may be manifest to all. 1 Tim. 4:15
- And these things enjoin, that they may be irreproachable. 1 Tim. 5:7
- I testify before God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, that thou keep these things without prejudice, doing nothing by favour. 1 Tim. 5:21
- And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them because they are brethren; but let them the rather serve them with subjection, because they are faithful and beloved, who profit by the good and ready service rendered. These things teach and exhort. 1 Tim. 6:2
- But having sustenance and covering, we will be content with these. 1 Tim. 6:8
- But *thou*, O man of God, flee these things, and pursue righteousness, piety, faith, love, endurance, meekness of spirit. 1 Tim. 6:11
- For which cause also I suffer these things; but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep for that day the deposit I have entrusted to him. 2 Tim. 1:12
- And the things thou hast heard of me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men, such as shall be competent to instruct others also. 2 Tim. 2:2
- Of these things put in remembrance, testifying earnestly before the Lord not to have disputes of words, profitable for nothing, to the subversion of the hearers. 2 Tim. 2:14
- If therefore one shall have purified himself from these, in separating himself from them, he shall be a vessel to honour, sanctified, serviceable to the Master, prepared for every good work. 2 Tim. 2:21
- having a form of piety but denying the power of it: and from these turn away. 2 Tim. 3:5
- For of these are they who are getting into houses, and leading captive silly women, laden with sins, led by various lusts, 2 Tim. 3:6
- Now in the same manner in which Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, thus these also withstand the truth; men corrupted in mind, found worthless as regards the faith. 2 Tim. 3:8
- These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise thee. Tit. 2:15
- The word is faithful, and I desire that thou insist strenuously on these things, that they who have believed God may take care to pay diligent attention to good works. These things are good and profitable to men. Tit. 3:8
- at the end of these days has spoken to us in the person of the Son, whom he has established heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Heb. 1:2
- And they indeed from among the sons of Levi, who receive the priesthood, have commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is from their brethren, though these are come out of the loins of Abraham: Heb. 7:5
- For he, of whom these things are said, belongs to a different tribe, of which no one has ever been attached to the service of the altar. Heb. 7:13
- Now these things being thus ordered, into the first tabernacle the priests enter at all times, accomplishing the services; Heb. 9:6

- searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ which was in them pointed out, testifying before of the sufferings which belonged to Christ, and the glories after these. 1 Pet. 1:11

- These are springs without water, and mists driven by storm, to whom the gloom of darkness is reserved for ever. 2 Pet. 2:17
- For if after having escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, again entangled, they are subdued by these, their last state is worse than the first. 2 Pet. 2:20
- All these things then being to be dissolved, what ought ye to be in holy conversation and godliness, 2 Pet. 3:11
- Wherefore, beloved, as ye wait for these things, be diligent to be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless; 2 Pet. 3:14
- as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; among which some things are hard to be understood, which the untaught and ill-established wrest, as also the other scriptures, to their own destruction. 2 Pet. 3:16
- *Ye* therefore, beloved, knowing these things before, take care lest, being led away along with the error of the wicked, ye should fall from your own stedfastness: 2 Pet. 3:17
- And these things write we to you that your joy may be full. 1 Jn. 1:4
- My children, these things I write to you in order that ye may not sin; and if any one sin, we have a patron with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; 1 Jn. 2:1

- And Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied also as to these, saying, Behold, the Lord has come amidst his holy myriads, Jude 1:14
- These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts; and their mouth speaks swelling words, admiring persons for the sake of profit. Jude 1:16
- These are they who set themselves apart, natural men, not having the Spirit. Jude 1:19
- Write therefore what thou hast seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to be after these. Rev. 1:19
- To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says he that holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamps: Rev. 2:1
- And to the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: These things says the first and the last, who became dead, and lived: Rev. 2:8
- And to the angel of the assembly in Pergamos write: These things says he that has the sharp two-edged sword: Rev. 2:12
- And to the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write: These things says the Son of God, he that has his eyes as a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass: Rev. 2:18
- And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write: These things saith he that has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Rev. 3:1
- And to the angel of the assembly in Philadelphia write: These things saith the holy, the true; he that has the key of David, he who opens and no one shall shut, and shuts and no one shall open: Rev. 3:7
- And to the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write: These things says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God: Rev. 3:14
- After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in heaven, and the first voice which I heard as of a trumpet speaking with me, saying, Come up here, and I will shew thee the things which must take place after these things. Rev. 4:1
- After these things I saw, and lo, a great crowd, which no one could number, out of every nation and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palm branches in their hands. Rev. 7:9
- And one of the elders answered, saying to me, These who are clothed with white robes, who are they, and whence came they? Rev. 7:13
- And I said to him, My lord, *thou* knowest. And he said to me, These are they who come out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and have made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Rev. 7:14
- The first woe has passed. Behold, there come yet two woes after these things. Rev. 9:12
- By these three plagues were the third part of men killed, by the fire and the smoke and the brimstone which goes out of their mouths. Rev. 9:18
- And the rest of men who were not killed with these plagues repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and the golden and silver and brazen and stone and wooden idols, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. Rev. 9:20
- These are the two olive trees and the two lamps which stand before the Lord of the earth; Rev. 11:4
- These have power to shut the heaven that no rain may fall during the days of their prophecy; and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth as often as they will with every plague. Rev. 11:6
- And they that dwell upon the earth rejoice over them, and are full of delight, and shall send gifts one to another, because these, the two prophets, tormented them that dwell upon the earth. Rev. 11:10
- These are they who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins: these are they who follow the Lamb wheresoever it goes. These have been bought from men as first-fruits to God and to the Lamb: Rev. 14:4
- And after these things I saw, and the temple of the tabernacle of witness in the heaven was opened; Rev. 15:5
- And the men were burnt with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, who had authority over these plagues, and did not repent to give him glory. Rev. 16:9
- These have one mind, and give their power and authority to the beast. Rev. 17:13
- These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them; for he is Lord of lords and King of kings: and they that are with him called, and chosen, and faithful. Rev. 17:14
- And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the beast, these shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and shall burn her with fire; Rev. 17:16
- After these things I saw another angel descending out of the heaven, having great authority: and the earth was lightened with his glory. Rev. 18:1
- The merchants of these things, who had been enriched through her, shall stand afar off through fear of her torment, weeping and grieving, Rev. 18:15
- After these things I heard as a loud voice of a great multitude in the heaven, saying, Hallelujah: the salvation and the glory and the power of our God: Rev. 19:1
- And he says to me, Write, Blessed are they who are called to the supper of the marriage of the Lamb. And he says to me, These are the true words of God. Rev. 19:9
- and cast him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, that he should not any more deceive the nations until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be loosed for a little time. Rev. 20:3
- Blessed and holy he who has part in the first resurrection: over these the second death has no power; but they shall be priests of God and of the Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. Rev. 20:6
- And he that sat on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he says to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful. Rev. 21:5
- He that overcomes shall inherit these things, and I will be to him God, and he shall be to me son. Rev. 21:7
- And he said to me, These words are faithful and true; and the Lord God of the spirits of the prophets has sent his angel to shew to his bondmen the things which must soon come to pass. Rev. 22:6
- And I, John, was he who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to do homage before the feet of the angel who shewed me these things. Rev. 22:8
- *I* Jesus have sent mine angel to testify these things to you in the assemblies. *I* am the root and offspring of David, the bright and morning star. Rev. 22:16
- *I* testify to every one who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any one shall add to these things, God shall add to him the plagues which are written in this book. Rev. 22:18
- He that testifies these things says, Yea, I come quickly. Amen; come, Lord Jesus. Rev. 22:20
