- and those too that were near them, as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought food on asses, and on camels, and on mules, and on oxen; provisions of meal, fig-cakes and raisin-cakes, and wine and oil, and oxen and sheep, abundantly; for there was joy in Israel. 1 Chr. 12:40

- -- And after them, those out of all the tribes of Israel that set their heart to seek Jehovah the God of Israel came to Jerusalem, to sacrifice to Jehovah the God of their fathers. 2 Chr. 11:16
- And he built fortified cities in Judah, for the land had rest, and he had no war in those years; because Jehovah had given him rest. 2 Chr. 14:6
- And in those times there was no peace to him that went out nor to him that came in, but great disturbances were amongst all the inhabitants of the countries. 2 Chr. 15:5
- For the eyes of Jehovah run to and fro through the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly; for from henceforth thou shalt have wars. 2 Chr. 16:9
- These were they that waited on the king, besides those that the king had put in the fortified cities throughout Judah. 2 Chr. 17:19
- And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab, and those of mount Seir, amongst whom thou wouldest not let Israel go when they came out of the land of Egypt, (for they turned from them, and destroyed them not,) 2 Chr. 20:10
- And he consulted with the people, and appointed singers to Jehovah, and those that should praise in holy splendour, as they went forth before the armed men, and say, Give thanks to Jehovah; for his loving-kindness endureth for ever! 2 Chr. 20:21
- But let none come into the house of Jehovah except the priests and those of the Levites that do the service; they shall go in, for they are holy; but all the people shall keep the watch of Jehovah. 2 Chr. 23:6
- And the Levites and all Judah did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded; and they took every man his men, those that were to come in on the sabbath, with them that were to go forth on the sabbath; for Jehoiada the priest did not liberate the divisions. 2 Chr. 23:8
- But those of the troop that Amaziah had sent back, that they should not go with him to battle, fell upon the cities of Judah from Samaria as far as Beth-horon, and smote three thousand of them, and took much spoil. 2 Chr. 25:13
- For if ye return to Jehovah, your brethren and your children shall find compassion with those that have carried them captive, so that they shall come again unto this land; for Jehovah your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if ye return to him. 2 Chr. 30:9

- Who is there among all the gods of those nations that my fathers have utterly destroyed, that was able to deliver his people out of my hand, that your God should be able to deliver you out of my hand? 2 Chr. 32:14
- In those days Hezekiah was sick unto death, and he prayed to Jehovah; and he spoke to him and gave him a sign. 2 Chr. 32:24
- And they broke down the altars of the Baals in his presence; and the sun-pillars that were on high above them he cut down; and the Asherahs and the graven images and the molten images he broke in pieces, and made dust of them and strewed it upon the graves of those that had sacrificed to them; 2 Chr. 34:4
- And the chief fathers of Judah and Benjamin rose up, and the priests, and the Levites, even all those whose spirit God had stirred, to go up to build the house of Jehovah which is at Jerusalem. Ezra 1:5
- And these are the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one to his city, Ezra 2:1
- and afterwards the continual burnt-offering, and those of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of Jehovah that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a voluntary offering to Jehovah. Ezra 3:5
- Then asked we those elders: thus we said to them, Who gave you orders to build this house and to complete this wall? Ezra 5:9
- And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was at Jerusalem and brought into the temple of Babylon, those did king Cyrus take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered to one Sheshbazzar by name, whom he had appointed governor. Ezra 5:14
- The children of those that had been carried away, who had come out of the captivity, presented burnt-offerings to the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, twelve he-goats for a sin-offering: all for a burnt-offering to Jehovah. Ezra 8:35
- Then were assembled to me every one that trembled at the words of the God of Israel, because of the unfaithfulness of those that had been carried away; and I sat overwhelmed until the evening oblation. Ezra 9:4
- And now let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandments of our God; and let it be done according to the law. Ezra 10:3
- and that whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be confiscated, and himself separated from the congregation of those that had been carried away. Ezra 10:8
- Let now our princes, while this matter is going on, stand for all the congregation, and let all those that have taken foreign wives in our cities come at the appointed times, and with them the elders of every city, and the judges thereof, until the fierce anger of our God be turned from us. - And they said to me, Those who remain, that are left of the captivity there in the province, are in great affliction and reproach; and the wall of Jerusalem is in ruins, and its gates are burned with fire. Neh. 1:3

- those who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel: Neh. 7:7
- And he read in it before the open place that was before the water-gate from the morning until midday, in presence of the men and the women, and those that could understand. And the ears of all the people were attentive to the book of the law. Neh. 8:3
- And at the head of those that sealed were Nehemiah the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zedekiah. Neh. 10:1

- If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed, and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver into the hands of those that have charge of the affairs, to bring it into the king's treasuries. Esther 3:9
- And the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword and slaughter and destruction, and did what they would to those that hated them. Esther 9:5
- On that day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the fortress was brought before the king. Esther 9:11
- Wherefore is light given to him that is in trouble, and life to those bitter of soul, Job 3:20

- Jehovah is nigh to those that are of a broken heart, and saveth them that are of a contrite spirit. Ps. 34:18
- For evil-doers shall be cut off; but those that wait on Jehovah, they shall possess the land. Ps. 37:9
- The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the afflicted and needy, to slay those that are upright in the way: Ps. 37:14
- for those blessed of him shall possess the land, and they that are cursed of him shall be cut off. Ps. 37:22
- Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee; let such as love thy salvation say continually, Jehovah be magnified! Ps. 40:16
- Gather unto me my godly ones, those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice! Ps. 50:5
- For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given me the inheritance of those that fear thy name. Ps. 61:5
- But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth; Ps. 63:9
- God maketh the solitary into families; those that were bound he bringeth out into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched land. Ps. 68:6
- Let not them that wait on thee, Lord, Jehovah of hosts, be ashamed through me; let not those that seek thee be confounded through me, O God of Israel. Ps. 69:6
- For they persecute him whom *thou* hast smitten, and they talk for the sorrow of those whom thou hast wounded. Ps. 69:26
- Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee, and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified! Ps. 70:4
- *Thou* didst break in pieces the heads of leviathan, thou gavest him to be meat to those that people the desert. Ps. 74:14
- Forget not the voice of thine adversaries: the tumult of those that rise up against thee ascendeth continually. Ps. 74:23
- Let the groaning of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thine arm, preserve those that are appointed to die; Ps. 79:11
- Those that are planted in the house of Jehovah shall flourish in the courts of our God: Ps. 92:13
- To hear the groaning of the prisoner, to loose those that are appointed to die; Ps. 102:20
- To such as keep his covenant and to those that remember his precepts to do them. Ps. 103:18
- And he caused them to find compassion of all those that had carried them captives. Ps. 106:46
- For he standeth at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those that judge his soul. Ps. 109:31
- Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that know thy testimonies. Ps. 119:79
- Turn unto me, and be gracious unto me, as thou art wont to do unto those that love thy name. Ps. 119:132
- Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, with the contempt of the proud. Ps. 123:4
- As for the head of those that encompass me, let the mischief of their own lips cover them. Ps. 140:9
- For the enemy persecuteth my soul: he hath crushed my life down to the earth; he hath made me to dwell in dark places, as those that have been long dead. Ps. 143:3
- Jehovah taketh pleasure in those that fear him, in those that hope in his loving-kindness. Ps. 147:11
- let us swallow them up alive as Sheol, and whole, as those that go down into the pit; Pr. 1:12
- from those who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness; Pr. 2:13
- For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Pr. 4:22
- and I have not hearkened unto the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to those that instructed me; Pr. 5:13
- I love those that love me; and they that seek me early shall find me. Pr. 8:17
- that I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasuries. Pr. 8:21
- Do they not err that devise evil? but loving-kindness and truth are for those that devise good. Pr. 14:22
- for Jehovah will plead their cause, and despoil the soul of those that despoil them. Pr. 22:23
- A lying tongue hateth those that are injured by it, and a flattering mouth worketh ruin. Pr. 26:28
- Open thy mouth for the dumb, for the cause of all those that are left desolate. Pr. 31:8
- There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be remembrance of things that are to come with those who shall live afterwards. Eccl. 1:11
- There is no end of all the people, of all that stood before them; those however that come after shall not rejoice in him. Surely this also is vanity and a striving after the wind. Eccl. 4:16
- or those riches perish by some evil circumstance, and if he have begotten a son, there is nothing in his hand. Eccl. 5:14
- which my soul yet seeketh, and I have not found: one man among a thousand have I found, but a woman among all those have I not found. Eccl. 7:28
- There is no man who hath control over the spirit to retain the spirit; and no one hath control over the day of death; and there is no discharge in that war, neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it. Eccl. 8:8
- in the day when the keepers of the house tremble, and the strong men bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows are darkened, Eccl. 12:3
- In that day there shall be a sprout of Jehovah for beauty and glory, and the fruit of the earth for excellency and for ornament for those that are escaped of Israel. Isa. 4:2
- As my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, -- and their graven images exceeded those of Jerusalem and Samaria, Isa. 10:10
- but thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, covered with the slain -- those thrust through with the sword, that go down to the stones of the pit: like a carcase trodden under foot. Isa. 14:19
- Hath he smitten him according to the smiting of those that smote him? Is he slain according to the slaughter of those slain by him? Isa. 27:7
- And a highway shall be there and a way, and it shall be called, The way of holiness: the unclean shall not pass through it; but it shall be for these. Those that go this way -- even fools, -- shall not err therein. Isa. 35:8
- In those days Hezekiah was sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said to him, Thus saith Jehovah: Set thy house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. Isa. 38:1
- I said, I shall not see Jah, Jah in the land of the living. With those who dwell where all has ceased to be, I shall behold man no more. Isa. 38:11
- He will feed his flock like a shepherd: he will gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom; he will gently lead those that give suck. Isa. 40:11
- And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the coming things, and those that shall happen, let them declare unto them. Isa. 44:7
- The Lord Jehovah, who gathereth the outcasts of Israel, saith: Yet will I gather others to him, with those of his that are gathered. Isa. 56:8
- I have seen his ways, and will heal him; and I will lead him, and will restore comforts unto him and to those of his that mourn. Isa. 57:18
- For the nation and the kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; and those nations shall be utterly wasted. Isa. 60:12
- We have become like those over whom thou never barest rule, those not called by thy name. Isa. 63:19
- Thou meetest him that rejoiceth to do righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: (behold, thou wast wroth, and we have sinned:) in those is perpetuity, and we shall be saved. Isa. 64:5
- And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow; to Tubal and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory: and they shall declare my glory among the nations. Isa. 66:19
- Thou shalt indeed go forth from her with thy hands upon thy head; for Jehovah hath rejected those thou confidest in, and thou shalt not prosper by them. Jer. 2:37
- And it shall come to pass, when ye are multiplied in the land and become fruitful, in those days, saith Jehovah, they shall say no more, Ark of the covenant of Jehovah! neither shall it come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit it; neither shall it be done any more. Jer. 3:16
- In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel; and they shall come together out of the land of the north, to the land which I caused your fathers to inherit. Jer. 3:18
- Nevertheless in those days, saith Jehovah, I will not make a full end with you. Jer. 5:18
- And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue that remain of this evil family, in all the places whither I have driven those that remain, saith Jehovah of hosts. Jer. 8:3
- Therefore will I give their wives unto others, their fields to those that shall possess them; for every one, from the least even unto the greatest, is given to covetousness; from the prophet even unto the priest, every one dealeth falsely. Jer. 8:10
- I will utterly take them away, saith Jehovah: there are no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig-tree; and the leaf is faded: and I will give them up to those that shall pass over them. Jer. 8:13
- The snorting of his horses is heard from Dan: the whole land trembleth at the sound of the neighing of his steeds, and they come, and devour the land, and all it contains, the city and those that dwell therein. Jer. 8:16
- Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, and who say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land: By sword and by famine shall those prophets be consumed; Jer. 14:15
- Jehovah, give heed to me, and listen to the voice of those that contend with me. Jer. 18:19
- And afterwards, saith Jehovah, I will give Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life, and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword: he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy. Jer. 21:7
- In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge: Jer. 31:29
- For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and will write it in their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer. 31:33
- If those ordinances depart from before me, saith Jehovah, the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. Jer. 31:36
- In those days, and at that time, will I cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land. Jer. 33:15
- In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell in safety. And this is the name wherewith she shall be called: Jehovah our Righteousness. Jer. 33:16
- And I will give them into the hand of those that seek their life, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants; but afterwards it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith Jehovah. Jer. 46:26
- And upon Elam will I bring the four winds, from the four ends of the heavens, and I will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come. Jer. 49:36
- In those days, and at that time, saith Jehovah, the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Judah together, going and weeping as they go, and shall seek Jehovah their God. Jer. 50:4
- For behold, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon, an assemblage of great nations from the north country; and they shall set themselves in array against her: from thence shall she be taken. Their arrows shall be as those of a mighty expert man: none shall return empty. Jer. 50:9
- In those days, and at that time, saith Jehovah, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon those whom I leave remaining. Jer. 50:20
- Call together the archers against Babylon, all those that bend the bow: encamp against her round about; let there be no escaping: recompense her according to her work; according to all that she hath done, do unto her: for she hath acted proudly against Jehovah, against the Holy One of Israel. Jer. 50:29
- Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the heart of those that rise against me, a destroying wind; Jer. 51:1
- Thou hast called up, as on the day of a set feast, my terrors on every side; and in the day of Jehovah's anger there was none that escaped or remained: those that I have nursed and brought up hath mine enemy consumed. Lam. 2:22
- He hath made me to dwell in dark places as those that have been long dead. Lam. 3:6
- the lips of those that rise up against me and their meditation against me all the day. Lam. 3:62
- When those went, they went; and when those stood, they stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up along with them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. Ezek. 1:21
- But behold, there shall be left in it those that escape, who shall be brought out of it, sons and daughters. Behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings; and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, as to all that I have brought upon it. Ezek. 14:22
- And thou shalt remember thy ways, and be confounded, when thou shalt receive thy sisters who are older than thou, together with those who are younger than thou; for I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by virtue of thy covenant. Ezek. 16:61
- and that doeth not any of those duties, but also hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife, Ezek. 18:11
- Those that are near, and those that are far from thee, shall mock thee, who art infamous and full of tumult. Ezek. 22:5
- They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of those that are slain in the heart of the seas. Ezek. 28:8
- They shall dwell in it in safety, and shall build houses and plant vineyards; and they shall dwell in safety, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despised them round about them: and they shall know that I am Jehovah their God. Ezek. 28:26
- Son of man, they that inhabit those waste places in the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited this land, and we are many: the land is given us for a possession. Ezek. 33:24
- And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase; and they shall be in safety in their land, and shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them out of the hand of those that kept them in servitude. Ezek. 34:27
- Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Art thou not he of whom I have spoken in old time through my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days, for many years, that I would bring thee against them? Ezek. 38:17
- And no wood shall be taken out of the field, neither cut down out of the forests; for they shall make fire with the weapons; and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and plunder those that plundered them, saith the Lord Jehovah. Ezek. 39:10
- And they shall sever out men of continual employment to go through the land, who, with the passers-by, shall bury those that remain upon the face of the land, to cleanse it: at the end of seven months shall they make a search. Ezek. 39:14
- And there were windows to it and to its projections round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits. Ezek. 40:25
- And the cell whose front is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, those who, from among the sons of Levi, approach unto Jehovah to minister unto him. Ezek. 40:46
- And there was a row of building round about in them, round about those four, and it was made with boiling places under the rows round about. Ezek. 46:23
- And he said unto me, These are the boiling-houses, where those who do the service of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people. Ezek. 46:24
- Forasmuch as the king's commandment was rigorous, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that had taken up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. Dan. 3:22
- Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of the heavens, all whose works are truth, and his paths judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase. Dan. 4:37
- But those men came in a body, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. Dan. 6:11
- And the king commanded, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and broke all their bones in pieces ere they came to the bottom of the den. Dan. 6:24
- In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks: Dan. 10:2
- And after the course of years they shall join affinity; and the king's daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make equitable conditions: but she shall not retain the strength of her arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm; and she shall be given up, she and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in those times. Dan. 11:6
- And in those times shall many stand up against the king of the south; and the violent of thy people will exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall. Dan. 11:14
- for ships of Chittim shall come against him; and he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant; and will practise; and he shall return and direct his attention to those that forsake the holy covenant. Dan. 11:30

- For behold, I will shake my hand upon them, and they shall become a spoil to those that served them: and ye shall know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me. Zech. 2:9
- And he spoke and said unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from off him. And unto him he said, See, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I clothe thee with festival-robes. Zech. 3:4
- For who hath despised the day of small things? Yea, they shall rejoice even those seven -- and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel: these are the eyes of Jehovah, which run to and fro in the whole earth. Zech. 4:10
- Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and in the seventh month, even those seventy years, did ye really fast unto me, even unto me? Zech. 7:5
- Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: If it be wonderful in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be wonderful in mine eyes? saith Jehovah of hosts. Zech. 8:6
- For before those days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; and there was no peace for him that went out or that came in, because of the distress: for I let loose all men, every one against his neighbour. Zech. 8:10
- Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: In those days shall ten men take hold, out of all languages of the nations, shall even take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you; for we have heard that God is with you. Zech. 8:23
- And I will encamp about my house because of the army, because of those that pass by and that return; and the exactor shall not pass through them any more: for now have I seen it with mine eyes. Zech. 9:8
- For behold, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, who shall not visit those that are about to perish, neither shall seek that which is strayed away, nor heal that which is wounded, nor feed that which is sound; but he will eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their hoofs in pieces. Zech. 11:16
- And one shall say unto him, What are those wounds in thy hands? And he will say, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. Zech. 13:6

- And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against the false swearers, and against those that oppress the hired servant in his wages, the widow and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith Jehovah of hosts. - Now in those days comes John the baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, Mt. 3:1
- -- the people sitting in darkness has seen a great light, and to those sitting in the country and shadow of death, to them has light sprung up. Mt. 4:16
- And his fame went out into the whole of Syria, and they brought to him all that were ill, suffering under various diseases and pains, and those possessed by demons, and lunatics, and paralytics; and he healed them. Mt. 4:24
- But *I* say unto you, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who insult you and persecute you, Mt. 5:44
- For if ye should love those who love you, what reward have ye? Do not also the tax-gatherers the same? Mt. 5:46
- But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as those who are of the nations: for they think they shall be heard through their much speaking. Mt. 6:7
- And when Jesus heard it, he wondered, and said to those who followed, Verily I say unto you, Not even in Israel have I found so great faith. Mt. 8:10
- But they that fed them fled, and went away into the city and related everything, and what had happened as to those possessed by demons. Mt. 8:33
- But Jesus hearing it, said, They that are strong have not need of a physician, but those that are ill. Mt. 9:12
- It is sufficient for the disciple that he should become as his teacher, and the bondman as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his household? Mt. 10:25
- And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but cannot kill the soul; but fear rather him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Mt. 10:28
- But what went ye out to see? a man clothed in delicate raiment? behold, those who wear delicate things are in the houses of kings. Mt. 11:8
- How he entered into the house of God, and ate the shewbread, which it was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those with him, but for the priests only? Mt. 12:4
- The Son of man shall send his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all offences, and those that practise lawlessness; Mt. 13:41
- And the king was grieved; but on account of the oaths, and those lying at table with him, he commanded it to be given. Mt. 14:9
- But those that had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children. Mt. 14:21
- But those in the ship came and did homage to him, saying, Truly thou art God's Son. Mt. 14:33
- but the things which go forth out of the mouth come out of the heart, and those defile man. Mt. 15:18
- and lo, a Canaanitish woman, coming out from those borders, cried to him saying, Have pity on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is miserably possessed by a demon. Mt. 15:22
- Verily I say unto you, There are some of those standing here that shall not taste of death at all until they shall have seen the Son of man coming in his kingdom. Mt. 16:28
- And when they came to Capernaum, those who received the didrachmas came to Peter and said, Does your teacher not pay the didrachmas? Mt. 17:24
- And he said to them, All cannot receive this word, but those to whom it has been given; Mt. 19:11
- And he says to them, Ye shall drink indeed my cup, but to sit on my right hand and on my left, is not mine to give, but to those for whom it is prepared of my Father. Mt. 20:23
- And Jesus entered into the temple of God, and cast out all that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those that sold the doves. Mt. 21:12
- When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what shall he do to those husbandmen? Mt. 21:40
- They say to him, He will miserably destroy those evil men, and let out the vineyard to other husbandmen, who shall render him the fruits in their seasons. Mt. 21:41
- And when the king heard of it he was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city. Mt. 22:7
- Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy; Mt. 22:8
- And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests. Mt. 22:10
- But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for ye shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men; for *ye* do not enter, nor do ye suffer those that are entering to go in. Mt. 23:13
- Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for ye pay tithes of mint and anise and cummin, and ye have left aside the weightier matters of the law, judgment and mercy and faith: these ye ought to have done and not have left those aside. Mt. 23:23
- So that ye bear witness of yourselves that ye are sons of those who slew the prophets: Mt. 23:31
- Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those that are sent unto her, how often would I have gathered thy children as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Mt. 23:37
- then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains; Mt. 24:16
- But woe to those that are with child, and those that give suck in those days. Mt. 24:19
- and if those days had not been cut short, no flesh had been saved; but on account of the elect those days shall be cut short. Mt. 24:22
- But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. Mt. 24:29
- Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their torches. Mt. 25:7
- But the prudent answered saying, We cannot, lest it might not suffice for us and for you. Go rather to those that sell, and buy for yourselves. Mt. 25:9
- And after a long time the lord of those bondmen comes and reckons with them. Mt. 25:19
- Then shall the King say to those on his right hand, Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the world's foundation: Mt. 25:34
- Then shall he say also to those on the left, Go from me, cursed, into eternal fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Mt. 25:41
- And behold, one of those with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword, and smiting the bondman of the high priest took off his ear. Mt. 26:51
- And when he had gone out into the entrance, another maid saw him, and says to those there, This man also was with Jesus the Nazaraean. Mt. 26:71
- And after a little, those who stood there, coming to him, said to Peter, Truly *thou* too art of them, for also thy speech makes thee manifest. Mt. 26:73
- And some of those who stood there, when they heard it, said, This man calls for Elias. Mt. 27:47
- And it came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptised by John at the Jordan. Mk. 1:9
- But evening being come, when the sun had gone down, they brought to him all that were suffering, and those possessed by demons; Mk. 1:32

- And Jesus having heard it says to them, They that are strong have not need of a physician, but those who are ill. I have not come to call righteous men, but sinners. Mk. 2:17

- And when he was alone, those about him with the twelve asked him as to the parables. Mk. 4:10
- And those that were feeding them fled and reported it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that had taken place. Mk. 5:14
- And they derided him. But he, having put them all out, takes with him the father of the child, and the mother, and those that were with him, and enters in where the child was lying. Mk. 5:40
- and the daughter of the same Herodias having come in, and danced, pleased Herod and those that were with him at table; and the king said to the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt and I will give it thee. Mk. 6:22
- And the king, while made very sorry, on account of the oaths and those lying at table with him would not break his word with her. Mk. 6:26
- And he said to them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place and rest a little. For those coming and those going were many, and they had not leisure even to eat. Mk. 6:31
- And those that ate of the loaves were five thousand men. Mk. 6:44
- they ran through that whole country around, and began to carry about those that were ill on couches, where they heard that he was. Mk. 6:55
- There is nothing from outside a man entering into him which can defile him; but the things which go out from him, those it is which defile the man. Mk. 7:15
- In those days, there being again a great crowd, and they having nothing that they could eat, having called his disciples to him, he says to them, Mk. 8:1
- And he said to them, Verily I say unto you, There are some of those standing here that shall not taste death until they shall have seen the kingdom of God come in power. Mk. 9:1
- And they brought little children to him that he might touch them. But the disciples rebuked those that brought them. Mk. 10:13
- And the disciples were amazed at his words. And Jesus again answering says to them, Children, how difficult it is that those who trust in riches should enter into the kingdom of God! Mk. 10:24
- but to sit on my right hand or on my left is not mine to give, but for those for whom it is prepared. Mk. 10:40
- But Jesus having called them to him, says to them, Ye know that those who are esteemed to rule over the nations exercise lordship over them; and their great men exercise authority over them; Mk. 10:42
- And some of those who stood there said to them, What are ye doing, loosing the colt? Mk. 11:5
- And those going on before and those following cried out, Hosanna! blessed be he that comes in the Lord's name. Mk. 11:9
- And they come to Jerusalem, and entering into the temple, he began to cast out those who sold and who bought in the temple, and he overthrew the tables of the moneychangers and the seats of the dove-sellers, Mk. 11:15
- But those husbandmen said to one another, This is the heir: come, let us kill him and the inheritance will be ours. Mk. 12:7
- But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not, (he that reads let him consider it,) then let those in Judaea flee to the mountains; Mk. 13:14
- But woe to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! Mk. 13:17
- for those days shall be distress such as there has not been the like since the beginning of creation which God created, until now, and never shall be; Mk. 13:19
- and if the Lord had not cut short those days, no flesh should have been saved; but on account of the elect whom he has chosen, he has cut short those days. Mk. 13:20
- But in those days, after that distress, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give its light; Mk. 13:24
- But a certain one of those who stood by, having drawn his sword, struck the bondman of the high priest, and took off his ear. Mk. 14:47
- And the maid, seeing him, again began to say to those that stood by, This is one of them. Mk. 14:69
- And he again denied. And again, after a little, those that stood by said to Peter, Truly thou art one of them, for also thou art a Galilean. Mk. 14:70
- Now there was the person named Barabbas bound with those who had made insurrection with him, and that had committed murder in the insurrection. Mk. 15:7
- And some of those who stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calls for Elias. Mk. 15:35
- *She* went and brought word to those that had been with him, who were grieving and weeping. Mk. 16:10
- Afterwards as they lay at table he was manifested to the eleven, and reproached them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they had not believed those who had seen him risen. Mk. 16:14
- And these signs shall follow those that have believed: in my name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; Mk. 16:17
- as those who from the beginning were eye-witnesses of and attendants on the Word have delivered them to us, Lk. 1:2
- that thou mightest know the certainty of those things in which thou hast been instructed. Lk. 1:4
- And Mary, rising up in those days, went into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah, Lk. 1:39
- But it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus, that a census should be made of all the habitable world. Lk. 2:1
- and she coming up the same hour gave praise to the Lord, and spoke of him to all those who waited for redemption in Jerusalem. Lk. 2:38
- forty days, tempted of the devil; and in those days he did not eat anything, and when they were finished he hungered. Lk. 4:2
- For astonishment had laid hold on him, and on all those who were with him, at the haul of fishes which they had taken; Lk. 5:9
- And Jesus answering said to them, They that are in sound health have not need of a physician, but those that are ill. Lk. 5:31
- And they said to him, Why do the disciples of John fast often and make supplications, in like manner those also of the Pharisees, but thine eat and drink? Lk. 5:33
- But days will come when also the bridegroom will have been taken away from them; then shall they fast in those days. Lk. 5:35
- And Jesus answering said to them, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did when he hungered, he and those who were with him, Lk. 6:3
- how he entered into the house of God and took the shewbread and ate, and gave to those also who were with him, which it is not lawful that any eat, unless the priests alone? Lk. 6:4
- And it came to pass in those days that he went out into the mountain to pray, and he spent the night in prayer to God. Lk. 6:12
- and those that were beset by unclean spirits were healed. Lk. 6:18
- But to you that hear I say, Love your enemies; do good to those that hate you; Lk. 6:27
- bless those that curse you; pray for those who use you despitefully. Lk. 6:28
- And if ye love those that love you, what thank is it to you? for even sinners love those that love them. Lk. 6:32
- And if ye do good to those that do good to you, what thank is it to you? for even sinners do the same. Lk. 6:33
- And if ye lend to those from whom ye hope to receive, what thank is it to you? for even sinners lend to sinners that they may receive the like. Lk. 6:34
- But what went ye out to see? a man clothed in delicate garments? Behold, those who are in splendid clothing and live luxuriously are in the courts of kings. Lk. 7:25
- And a great crowd coming together, and those who were coming to him out of each city, he spoke by parable: Lk. 8:4
- But those by the wayside are those who hear; then comes the devil and takes away the word from their heart that they may not believe and be saved. Lk. 8:12
- But those upon the rock, those who when they hear receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a time, and in time of trial fall away. Lk. 8:13
- But he answering said to them, My mother and my brethren are those who hear the word of God and do it. Lk. 8:21
- And there was there a herd of many swine feeding on the mountain, and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into those; and he suffered them. Lk. 8:32
- And Jesus said, Who has touched me? But all denying, Peter and those with him said, Master, the crowds close thee in and press upon thee, and sayest thou, Who has touched me? Lk. 8:45
- But the crowds knowing it followed him; and he received them and spake to them of the kingdom of God, and cured those that had need of healing. Lk. 9:11
- But I say unto you of a truth, There are some of those standing here who shall not taste death until they shall have seen the kingdom of God. Lk. 9:27
- But Peter and those with him were oppressed with sleep: but having fully awoke up they saw his glory, and the two men who stood with him. Lk. 9:32
- And as the voice was heard Jesus was found alone: and *they* kept silence, and told no one in those days any of the things they had seen. Lk. 9:36
- And another also said, I will follow thee, Lord, but first allow me to bid adieu to those at my house. Lk. 9:61
- But woe unto you, Pharisees, for ye pay tithes of mint and rue and every herb, and pass by the judgment and the love of God: these ye ought to have done, and not have left those aside. Lk. 11:42
- Woe unto you, the doctors of the law, for ye have taken away the key of knowledge; yourselves have not entered in, and those who were entering in ye have hindered. Lk. 11:52
- In those times, the myriads of the crowd being gathered together, so that they trod one on another, he began to say to his disciples first, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy; Lk. 12:1
- But I say to you, my friends, Fear not those who kill the body and after this have no more that they can do. Lk. 12:4
- Blessed are those bondmen whom the lord on coming shall find watching; verily I say unto you, that he will gird himself and make them recline at table, and coming up will serve them. Lk. 12:37
- And if he come in the second watch, and come in the third watch, and find them thus, blessed are those bondmen. Lk. 12:38
- Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, think ye that *they* were debtors beyond all the men who dwell in Jerusalem? Lk. 13:4
- Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those that are sent unto her, how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen her brood under her wings, and ye would not. Lk. 13:34
- And he spoke a parable to those that were invited, remarking how they chose out the first places, saying to them, Lk. 14:7
- And one of those that were lying at table with them, hearing these things, said to him, Blessed is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God. Lk. 14:15
- And he sent his bondman at the hour of supper to say to those who were invited, Come, for already all things are ready. Lk. 14:17
- for I say to you, that not one of those men who were invited shall taste of my supper. Lk. 14:24
- And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm is fixed, so that those who desire to pass hence to you cannot, nor do they who desire to cross from there pass over unto us. Lk. 16:26
- But when Jesus saw that he became very sorrowful, he said, How difficultly shall those who have riches enter into the kingdom of God; Lk. 18:24
- And those who heard it said, And who can be saved? Lk. 18:26
- And those who were going before rebuked him that he might be silent; but *he* cried out so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me. Lk. 18:39
- And he said to those that stood by, Take from him the mina and give it to him who has the ten minas. Lk. 19:24
- Moreover those mine enemies, who would not have me to reign over them, bring them here and slay them before me. Lk. 19:27
- And entering into the temple, he began to cast out those that sold and bought in it, Lk. 19:45
- He will come and destroy those husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it they said, May it never be! Lk. 20:16
- Then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains, and those who are in the midst of it depart out, and those who are in the country not enter into it; Lk. 21:21
- But woe to them that are with child and to them who give suck in those days, for there shall be great distress upon the land and wrath upon this people. Lk. 21:23
- and having learned that he was of Herod's jurisdiction, remitted him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem in those days. Lk. 23:7
- But they were urgent with loud voices, begging that he might be crucified. And their voices and those of the chief priests prevailed. Lk. 23:23
- And all those who knew him stood afar off, the women also who had followed him from Galilee, beholding these things. Lk. 23:49
- And some of those with us went to the sepulchre, and found it so, as the women also had said, but him they saw not. Lk. 24:24
- And rising up the same hour, they returned to Jerusalem. And they found the eleven, and those with them, gathered together, Lk. 24:33
- but as many as received him, to them gave he the right to be children of God, to those that believe on his name; Jn. 1:12
- They said therefore to him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to those who sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? Jn. 1:22
- and shall go forth; those that have practised good, to resurrection of life, and those that have done evil, to resurrection of judgment. Jn. 5:29
- And Jesus took the loaves, and having given thanks, distributed them to those that were set down; and in like manner of the small fishes as much as they would. Jn. 6:11
- They gathered them therefore together, and filled twelve hand-baskets full of fragments of the five barley loaves, which were over and above to those that had eaten. Jn. 6:13
- Some therefore of those of Jerusalem said, Is not this he whom they seek to kill? Jn. 7:25
- But many of the crowd believed on him, and said, Will the Christ, when he comes, do more signs than those which this man has done? Jn. 7:31
- And Jesus, lifting himself up and seeing no one but the woman, said to her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Has no one condemned thee? Jn. 8:10
- The neighbours therefore, and those who used to see him before, that he was a beggar, said, Is not this he that was sitting and begging? Jn. 9:8
- I am the good shepherd; and I know those that are mine, and am known of those that are mine, Jn. 10:14
- And I have other sheep which are not of this fold: those also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one flock, one shepherd. Jn. 10:16
- Others said, These sayings are not those of one that is possessed by a demon. Can a demon open blind people's eyes? Jn. 10:21
- There therefore they made him a supper, and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those at table with him. Jn. 12:2
- And there were certain Greeks among those who came up that they might worship in the feast; Jn. 12:20
- I speak not of you all. I know those whom I have chosen; but that the scripture might be fulfilled, He that eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me. Jn. 13:18
- But none of those at table knew why he said this to him; Jn. 13:28
- I demand concerning them; I do not demand concerning the world, but concerning those whom thou hast given me, for they are thine, Jn. 17:9
- When I was with them I kept them in thy name; those thou hast given me I have guarded, and not one of them has perished, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled. Jn. 17:12
- And I do not demand for these only, but also for those who believe on me through their word; Jn. 17:20
- Father, as to those whom thou hast given me, I desire that where I am they also may be with me, that they may behold my glory which thou hast given me, for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. Jn. 17:24
- that the word might be fulfilled which he spoke, As to those whom thou hast given me, I have not lost one of them. Jn. 18:9
- Why demandest thou of me? Demand of those who have heard, what I have spoken to them; behold, they know what I have said. Jn. 18:21
- And in those days Peter, standing up in the midst of the brethren, said, (the crowd of names who were together was about a hundred and twenty,) Acts 1:15
- Brethren, it was necessary that the scripture should have been fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before, by the mouth of David, concerning Judas, who became guide to those who took Jesus; Acts 1:16
- Now there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, pious men, from every nation of those under heaven. Acts 2:5
- Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and those who inhabit Mesopotamia, and Judaea, and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Acts 2:9
- yea, even upon my bondmen and upon my bondwomen in those days will I pour out of my Spirit, and they shall prophesy. Acts 2:18
- Those then who had accepted his word were baptised; and there were added in that day about three thousand souls. Acts 2:41
- praising God, and having favour with all the people; and the Lord added to the assembly daily those that were to be saved. Acts 2:47
- and a certain man who was lame from his mother's womb was being carried, whom they placed every day at the gate of the temple called Beautiful, to ask alms of those who were going into the temple; Acts 3:2
- And indeed all the prophets from Samuel and those in succession after him, as many as have spoken, have announced also these days. Acts 3:24

- But the Jews who did not believe stirred up the minds of those of the nations and made them evil-affected against the brethren. Acts 14:2
- And when an assault was making, both of those of the nations and the Jews with their rulers, to use them ill and stone them, Acts 14:5
- They therefore, having been set on their way by the assembly, passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, relating the conversion of those of the nations. And they caused great joy to all the brethren. Acts 15:3
- And some of those who were of the sect of the Pharisees, who believed, rose up from among them, saying that they ought to circumcise them and enjoin them to keep the law of Moses. Acts 15:5
- Wherefore *I* judge, not to trouble those who from the nations turn to God; Acts 15:19
- For Moses, from generations of old, has in every city those who preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath. Acts 15:21
- And having passed some time there, they were let go in peace from the brethren to those who sent them. Acts 15:33
- Him would Paul have go forth with him, and took him and circumcised him on account of the Jews who were in those places, for they all knew his father that he was a Greek. Acts 16:3

- but have, first to those both in Damascus and Jerusalem, and to all the region of Judaea, and to the nations, announced that they should repent and turn to God, doing works worthy of repentance. Acts 26:20

- But the centurion, desirous of saving Paul, hindered them of their purpose, and commanded those who were able to swim, casting themselves first into the sea, to get out on land; Acts 27:43
- And it came to pass after three days, that he called together those who were the chief of the Jews; and when they had come together he said to them, Brethren, *I* having done nothing against the people or the customs of our forefathers, have been delivered a prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans, Acts 28:17
- who knowing the righteous judgment of God, that they who do such things are worthy of death, not only practise them, but have fellow delight in those who do them. Rom. 1:32
- But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth upon those who do such things. Rom. 2:2
- And thinkest thou this, O man, who judgest those that do such things, and practisest them thyself, that *thou* shalt escape the judgment of God? Rom. 2:3
- But to those that are contentious, and are disobedient to the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there shall be wrath and indignation, Rom. 2:8

- and father of circumcision, not only to those who are of the circumcision, but to those also who walk in the steps of the faith, during uncircumcision, of our father Abraham. Rom. 4:12
- but death reigned from Adam until Moses, even upon those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him to come. Rom. 5:14
- For if by the offence of the one death reigned by the one, much rather shall those who receive the abundance of grace, and of the free gift of righteousness, reign in life by the one Jesus Christ:) Rom. 5:17
- Are ye ignorant, brethren, (for I speak to those knowing law,) that law rules over a man as long as he lives? Rom. 7:1

- For it has been shewn to me concerning you, my brethren, by those of the house of Chloe, that there are strifes among you. 1 Cor. 1:11
- For since, in the wisdom of God, the world by wisdom has not known God, God has been pleased by the foolishness of the preaching to save those that believe. 1 Cor. 1:21
- but to those that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ God's power and God's wisdom. 1 Cor. 1:24
- which also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, communicating spiritual things by spiritual means. 1 Cor. 2:13

- For what have *I* to do with judging those outside also? *ye*, do not ye judge them that are within? 1 Cor. 5:12

- and those parts of the body which we esteem to be the more void of honour, these we clothe with more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness; 1 Cor. 12:23
- So that tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe, but to unbelievers; but prophecy, not to unbelievers, but to those who believe. 1 Cor. 14:22
- Now if Christ is preached that he is raised from among the dead, how say some among you that there is not a resurrection of those that are dead? 1 Cor. 15:12
- But if there is not a resurrection of those that are dead, neither is Christ raised: 1 Cor. 15:13
- And we are found also false witnesses of God; for we have witnessed concerning God that he raised the Christ, whom he has not raised if indeed those that are dead are not raised. 1 Cor. 15:15
- For if those that are dead are not raised, neither is Christ raised; 1 Cor. 15:16

- for before that certain came from James, he ate with those of the nations; but when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those of the circumcision; Gal. 2:12
- but the scripture has shut up all things under sin, that the promise, on the principle of faith of Jesus Christ, should be given to those that believe. Gal. 3:22
- that he might redeem those under law, that we might receive sonship. Gal. 4:5
- But then indeed, not knowing God, ye were in bondage to those who by nature are not gods; Gal. 4:8
- For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break out and cry, thou that travailest not; because the children of the desolate are more numerous than those of her that has a husband. Gal. 4:27
- For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these things are opposed one to the other, that ye should not do those things which ye desire; Gal. 5:17
- So then, as we have occasion, let us do good towards all, and specially towards those of the household of faith. Gal. 6:10

- But it is necessary that he should have also a good testimony from those without, that he may fall not into reproach and the snare of the devil. 1 Tim. 3:7

- But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and many unwise and hurtful lusts, which plunge men into destruction and ruin. 1 Tim. 6:9
- which in its own time the blessed and only Ruler shall shew, the King of those that reign, and Lord of those that exercise lordship; 1 Tim. 6:15
- Enjoin on those rich in the present age not to be high-minded, nor to trust on the uncertainty of riches; but in the God who affords us all things richly for our enjoyment; 1 Tim. 6:17
- Yet the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, The Lord knows those that are his; and, Let every one who names the name of the Lord withdraw from iniquity. 2 Tim. 2:19
- But youthful lusts flee, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace, with those that call upon the Lord out of a pure heart. 2 Tim. 2:22
- in meekness setting right those who oppose, if God perhaps may sometime give them repentance to acknowledgment of the truth, 2 Tim. 2:25
- But they shall not advance farther; for their folly shall be completely manifest to all, as that of those also became. 2 Tim. 3:9
- But *thou*, abide in those things which thou hast learned, and of which thou hast been fully persuaded, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 2 Tim. 3:14
- But the Lord stood with me, and gave me power, that through me the proclamation might be fully made, and all those of the nations should hear; and I was delivered out of the lion's mouth. 2 Tim. 4:17
- For there are many and disorderly vain speakers and deceivers of people's minds, specially those of the circumcision, Tit. 1:10
- that the elder women in like manner be in deportment as becoming those who have to say to sacred things, not slanderers, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of what is right; Tit. 2:3
- All with me salute thee. Salute those who love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Tit. 3:15
- Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out for service on account of those who shall inherit salvation? Heb. 1:14
- how shall *we* escape if we have been negligent of so great salvation, which, having had its commencement in being spoken of by the Lord, has been confirmed to us by those who have heard; Heb. 2:3
- For both he that sanctifies and those sanctified are all of one; for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, Heb. 2:11
- and might set free all those who through fear of death through the whole of their life were subject to bondage. Heb. 2:15

- And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who had not hearkened to the word? Heb. 3:18
- For indeed we have had glad tidings presented to us, even as they also; but the word of the report did not profit *them*, not being mixed with faith in those who heard. Heb. 4:2
- Seeing therefore it remains that some enter into it, and those who first received the glad tidings did not enter in on account of not hearkening to the word, Heb. 4:6
- For it is impossible to renew again to repentance those once enlightened, and who have tasted of the heavenly gift, and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, Heb. 6:4
- For ground which drinks the rain which comes often upon it, and produces useful herbs for those for whose sakes also it is tilled, partakes of blessing from God; Heb. 6:7
- that ye be not sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience have been inheritors of the promises. Heb. 6:12
- Whence also he is able to save completely those who approach by him to God, always living to intercede for them. Heb. 7:25
- who has not day by day need, as the high priests, first to offer up sacrifices for his own sins, then for those of the people; for this he did once for all in having offered up himself. Heb. 7:27
- If then indeed he were upon earth, he would not even be a priest, there being those who offer the gifts according to the law, Heb. 8:4
- Because this is the covenant that I will covenant to the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord: Giving my laws into their mind, I will write them also upon their hearts; and I will be to them for God, and *they* shall be to me for people. Heb. 8:10
- thus the Christ also, having been once offered to bear the sins of many, shall appear to those that look for him the second time without sin for salvation. Heb. 9:28
- For the law, having a shadow of the coming good things, not the image itself of the things, can never, by the same sacrifices which they offer continually yearly, perfect those who approach. Heb. 10:1
- This is the covenant which I will establish towards them after those days, saith the Lord: Giving my laws into their hearts, I will write them also in their understandings; Heb. 10:16
- on the one hand, when ye were made a spectacle both in reproaches and afflictions; and on the other, when ye became partakers with those who were passing through them. Heb. 10:33
- But no chastening at the time seems to be matter of joy, but of grief; but afterwards yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those exercised by it. Heb. 12:11
- See that ye refuse not him that speaks. For if those did not escape who had refused him who uttered the oracles on earth, much more we who turn away from him who does so from heaven: Heb. 12:25
- Remember prisoners, as bound with them; those that are evil-treated, as being yourselves also in the body. Heb. 13:3
- Be not carried away with various and strange doctrines; for it is good that the heart be confirmed with grace, not meats; those who have walked in which have not been profited by them. Heb. 13:9
- for of those beasts whose blood is carried as sacrifices for sin into the holy of holies by the high priest, of these the bodies are burned outside the camp. Heb. 13:11
