And they went up, and searched out the land from the wilderness of Zin to Rehob, where one comes towards Hamath. Num. 13:21
And they went up by the south, and came to Hebron; and Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were there. Now Hebron had been built seven years before Zoan in Egypt. Num. 13:22
And they came, and went to Moses and to Aaron, and to the whole assembly of the children of Israel, to the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word to them, and to the whole assembly; and shewed them the fruit of the land. Num. 13:26
But the men that went up with him said, We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we. Num. 13:31
And they rose up early in the morning, and went up to the hill-top, saying, Here are we, and we will go up to the place of which Jehovah has spoken; for we have sinned. Num. 14:40

And the Angel of Jehovah said to Balaam, Go with the men, but only the word that I shall speak unto thee, that shalt thou speak. And Balaam went with the princes of Balak. Num. 22:35
And when Balak heard that Balaam came, he went out to meet him, to the city of Moab, which is on the border of the Arnon, which is at the extremity of the border. Num. 22:36
And Balaam went with Balak, and they came to Kirjath-huzoth. Num. 22:39
And Balaam said to Balak, Stand by thy burnt-offering, and I will go; perhaps Jehovah will come to meet me; and whatever he shews me I will tell thee. And he went to a hill. Num. 23:3
And Balaam saw that it was good in the sight of Jehovah to bless Israel, and he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness. Num. 24:1
And Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place; and Balak also went his way. Num. 24:25
and he went after the man of Israel into the tent-chamber, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel and the woman through her belly. And the plague was stayed from the children of Israel. Num. 25:8

These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went forth out of the land of Egypt according to their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron. Num. 33:1
They journeyed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month. On the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians. Num. 33:3
And they removed from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah. Num. 33:8
And Aaron the priest went up mount Hor by the commandment of Jehovah, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first of the month. Num. 33:38
And we departed from Horeb and went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which ye saw, on the way to the mountain of the Amorites, as Jehovah our God had commanded us; and we came to Kadesh-barnea. Dt. 1:19

and they went and served other gods, and bowed down to them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not assigned to them. Dt. 29:26
And Moses went and spoke these words to all Israel; Dt. 31:1
And Jehovah said to Moses, Lo, the days are near for thee to die; call Joshua, and present yourselves at the tent of meeting, that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the tent of meeting. Dt. 31:14
And he said, Jehovah came from Sinai, And rose up from Seir unto them; He shone forth from mount Paran, And he came from the myriads of the sanctuary; From his right hand went forth a law of fire for them. Dt. 33:2
And Moses went up from the plains of Moab to mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. And Jehovah shewed him the whole land, Gilead to Dan, Dt. 34:1
And Joshua the son of Nun sent from Shittim two spies secretly, saying, Go, see the land, even Jericho. And they went, and came into a harlot's house, named Rahab, and they lay down there. Josh. 2:1
and it came to pass when the gate had to be closed, at dark, that the men went out: I know not whither the men have gone. Pursue after them quickly; for ye shall overtake them. Josh. 2:5
And before they had lain down, she went up to them upon the roof; Josh. 2:8
And they went, and came to the mountain, and remained there three days, until the pursuers had returned; and the pursuers sought them all the way, and found them not. Josh. 2:22
And the two men returned and came down from the mountain, and went over and came to Joshua the son of Nun, and related to him everything that had happened to them. Josh. 2:23
And it came to pass at the end of three days, that the officers went through the camp; Josh. 3:2
And Joshua spoke to the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and go over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people. Josh. 3:6
the waters which flowed down from above stood and rose up in a heap, very far, by Adam, the city that is beside Zaretan; and those that flowed down towards the sea of the plain, the salt sea, were completely cut off. And the people went over opposite to Jericho. Josh. 3:16
And the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan. And all Israel went over on dry ground, until all the nation had completely gone over the Jordan. Josh. 3:17
then ye shall say to them, That the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of Jehovah; when it went through the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. And these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever. Josh. 4:7
And it came to pass, when all the people had completely gone over, that the ark of Jehovah went over, and the priests, in the presence of the people. Josh. 4:11
And the children of Reuben, and the children of Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh, went over in array before the children of Israel, as Moses had spoken to them. Josh. 4:12
And it came to pass when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, there stood a man before him with his sword drawn in his hand. And Joshua went to him, and said to him: Art thou for us, or for our enemies? Josh. 5:13
Now Jericho was shut up and was barred, because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in. Josh. 6:1
And it came to pass when Joshua had spoken to the people, that the seven priests carrying the seven blast-trumpets before Jehovah passed on and blew with the trumpets; and the ark of the covenant of Jehovah went after them. Josh. 6:8
And the armed men went before the priests who blew with the trumpets, and the rearguard came after the ark; they blew with the trumpets in marching. Josh. 6:9
And the ark of Jehovah went round the city, encompassing it once; and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp. Josh. 6:11
And the seven priests carrying the seven blast-trumpets before the ark of Jehovah went on and blew continually with the trumpets; and the armed men went before them, and the rearguard went after the ark of Jehovah; they blew with the trumpets in marching. Josh. 6:13
And on the second day they went round the city once, and returned into the camp. So they did six days. Josh. 6:14
And it was so that on the seventh day they rose early, about the morning-dawn, and went round the city after the same manner seven times; only on that day they went round the city seven times. Josh. 6:15
And the people shouted, and they blew with the trumpets. And it came to pass when the people heard the sound of the trumpets, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat; and the people went up into the city, each one straight before him, and they took the city. Josh. 6:20
And the young men, the spies, went in and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had: all her kindred did they bring out, and they left them outside the camp of Israel. Josh. 6:23
And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth-Aven, on the east side of Bethel, and spoke to them, saying, Go up and spy out the country. And the men went up and spied out Ai. Josh. 7:2
And there went up thither of the people about three thousand men, but they fled before the men of Ai. Josh. 7:4
And Joshua sent them forth; and they went to lie in ambush, and abode between Bethel and Ai, on the west of Ai. And Joshua lodged that night among the people. Josh. 8:9
And Joshua rose early in the morning, and inspected the people, and went up, he and the elders of Israel, before the people to Ai. Josh. 8:10
And all the people of war that were with him went up, and drew near, and came before the city; and they encamped on the north of Ai; and the valley was between them and Ai. Josh. 8:11
And when they had set the people, the whole camp on the north of the city, and their ambush on the west of the city, Joshua went that night into the midst of the valley. Josh. 8:13
And it came to pass when the king of Ai saw it, that the men of the city hasted and rose early, and went out against Israel to battle, he and all his people, at the appointed place before the plain. But he knew not that there was an ambush against him behind the city. Josh. 8:14
And not a man remained in Ai and Bethel that went not out after Israel; and they left the city open, and pursued after Israel. Josh. 8:17
And the men of Ai turned and saw, and behold, the smoke of the city went up to heaven, and they had no power to flee this way or that way; and the people that fled to the wilderness turned upon the pursuers. Josh. 8:20
When Joshua and all Israel saw that the ambush had taken the city, and that the smoke of the city went up, they turned again, and slew the men of Ai. Josh. 8:21
And the others went out of the city against them; so they were in the midst of Israel, some on this side, and some on that side; and they smote them, until they let none of them escape or flee away. Josh. 8:22
then they also acted with craft, and they went prepared as on a journey, and took old sacks upon their asses, and wine-flasks, old and rent and tied up; Josh. 9:4
And they went to Joshua unto the camp at Gilgal, and said to him, and to the men of Israel, From a far country are we come; and now make a covenant with us. Josh. 9:6
And the five kings of the Amorites, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon, gathered themselves together, and went up, they and all their armies, and they encamped before Gibeon, and made war against it. Josh. 10:5
So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and all the people of war with him, even all the valiant men. Josh. 10:7
And Joshua came upon them suddenly; he went up from Gilgal all night. Josh. 10:9
And it came to pass when they had brought forth those kings to Joshua, that Joshua called to all the men of Israel, and said to the captains of the men of war who went with him, Come forward, put your feet on the necks of these kings. And they came forward and put their feet on their necks. Josh. 10:24
And Joshua went up, and all Israel with him, from Eglon to Hebron; and they fought against it. Josh. 10:36
And they went out, they and all their armies with them, a people numerous as the sand that is on the seashore in multitude, with horses and chariots very many. Josh. 11:4
and it went out south of the ascent of Akrabbim, and passed on to Zin, and went up on the south of Kadesh-barnea, and passed to Hezron, and went up toward Addar, and turned toward Karkaah, Josh. 15:3
and passed on to Azmon, and went out by the torrent of Egypt; and the border ended at the sea. That shall be your border southward. Josh. 15:4
and the border went up toward Beth-hoglah, and passed north of Beth-Arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan, the son of Reuben; Josh. 15:6
and the border went up toward Debir from the valley of Achor, and turned northward to Gilgal, which is opposite to the ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the torrent; and the border passed to the waters of En-shemesh, and ended at En-rogel; Josh. 15:7
and the border went up to the valley of the son of Hinnom, toward the south side of the Jebusite, that is, Jerusalem; and the border went up to the top of the mountain that is before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of Rephaim northward; Josh. 15:8
and the border reached along from the top of the mountain toward the spring of the waters of Nephtoah, and went out toward the cities of mount Ephron; and the border reached along to Baalah, that is, Kirjath-jearim; Josh. 15:9
and the border turned from Baalah westwards toward mount Seir, and passed toward the side of Har-jearim, that is, Chesalon, northwards, and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed Timnah. Josh. 15:10
And the border went out to the side of Ekron northwards, and the border reached along toward Shicron, and passed mount Baalah, and went toward Jabneel; and the border ended at the sea. Josh. 15:11
And from there he went up against the inhabitants of Debir; now the name of Debir before was Kirjath-sepher. Josh. 15:15
And the border went from Bethel to Luz, and passed to the border of the Archites to Ataroth, Josh. 16:2
and went down westward to the border of the Japhletites, as far as the border of the lower Beth-horon, and to Gezer; and ended at the sea. Josh. 16:3
and the border went forth westwards to Micmethath on the north; and the border turned eastwards to Taanath-Shiloh, and passed by it eastwards to Janohah, Josh. 16:6
and went down from Janohah to Ataroth and Naarath, and touched upon Jericho, and went out to the Jordan. Josh. 16:7
From Tappuah the border went westwards to the torrent Kanah, and ended at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim according to their families, Josh. 16:8
And the territory of Manasseh was from Asher to Micmethath, which is before Shechem, and the border went on the right hand toward the inhabitants of En-Tappuah. Josh. 17:7
And the men arose and went away. And Joshua charged them that went to describe the land, saying, Go and walk through the land, and describe it, and come again to me, and I will cast lots for you here before Jehovah in Shiloh. Josh. 18:8
And the men went and passed through the land, and described it by cities into seven portions, in a book, and they came to Joshua, to the camp at Shiloh. Josh. 18:9
And their border on the north side was from the Jordan; and the border went up to the side of Jericho on the north, and went up to the mountain westward; and ended at the wilderness of Beth-Aven; Josh. 18:12
and the border passed on from thence toward Luz, to the south side of Luz, which is Bethel: and the border went down to Ataroth-Addar, near the hill that is on the south of the lower Beth-horon. Josh. 18:13
-- And the south side was from the extreme end of Kirjath-jearim, and the border went out on the west, and went out to the spring of the waters of Nephtoah. Josh. 18:15
And the border went down to the end of the mountain that is before the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is in the valley of Rephaim on the north, and went down the valley of Hinnom, to the side of the Jebusite on the south, and went down to En-rogel; Josh. 18:16
and it reached along on the north, and went forth to En-shemesh, and went forth towards Geliloth, which is opposite to the ascent of Adummim, and went down to the stone of Bohan, the son of Reuben, Josh. 18:17
and passed along towards the side opposite to Arabah northwards, and went down to Arabah; Josh. 18:18
and their border went up westwards, and to Marealah, and reached to Dabbesheth, and reached to the torrent that is before Jokneam; Josh. 19:11
and turned from Sarid eastward, toward the sun-rising, to the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and went out to Dabrath, and went up to Japhia; Josh. 19:12
and from thence it passed eastward toward the sun-rising to Gath-Hepher, to Eth-kazin, and went out to Rimmon which reaches to Neah; Josh. 19:13
and turned towards the sun-rising to Beth-Dagon, and reached to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah-el northward to Beth-emek and Neiel, and went out to Cabul on the left, Josh. 19:27
and the border turned westwards to Aznoth-Tabor, and went out from thence to Hukkok, and reached to Zebulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Judah upon Jordan towards the sun-rising. Josh. 19:34
And the border of the children of Dan ended with these; and the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession of it, and dwelt in it, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father. Josh. 19:47
And Joshua blessed them, and sent them away; and they went to their tents. Josh. 22:6
And I gave unto Isaac Jacob and Esau; and I gave unto Esau mount Seir, to possess it; and Jacob and his sons went down into Egypt. Josh. 24:4

And Judah said to Simeon his brother, Come up with me into my lot, and let us fight against the Canaanites, and I likewise will go with thee into thy lot; and Simeon went with him. Judg. 1:3

And afterwards the children of Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites, that dwelt in the hill-country, and in the south, and in the lowland. Judg. 1:9
And Judah went against the Canaanites that dwelt in Hebron -- the name of Hebron before was Kirjath-Arba; and they slew Sheshai and Ahiman and Talmai. Judg. 1:10
And from there he went against the inhabitants of Debir; now the name of Debir before was Kirjath-sepher. Judg. 1:11
And the children of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, had gone up out of the city of palm-trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which is in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt with the people. Judg. 1:16
And Judah went with Simeon his brother, and they slew the Canaanites that inhabited Zephath, and utterly destroyed it; and they called the name of the city Hormah. Judg. 1:17
And the house of Joseph, they also went up against Bethel; and Jehovah was with them. Judg. 1:22
And the man went into the land of the Hittites, and built a city, and called its name Luz, which is its name to this day. Judg. 1:26
And Joshua dismissed the people, and the children of Israel went every man to his inheritance to possess the land. Judg. 2:6
Whithersoever they went out the hand of Jehovah was against them for evil, as Jehovah had said, and as Jehovah had sworn unto them; and they were greatly distressed. Judg. 2:15
But they did not even hearken to their judges, for they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves to them; they turned quickly out of the way that their fathers had walked in, obeying the commandments of Jehovah; they did not so. Judg. 2:17
And the Spirit of Jehovah was upon him, and he judged Israel; and he went out to war, and Jehovah gave Chushan-rishathaim king of Syria into his hand; and his hand prevailed against Chushan-rishathaim. Judg. 3:10
And he gathered to him the children of Ammon and Amalek and went and smote Israel, and they took possession of the city of palm-trees. Judg. 3:13
But he turned from the graven images that were by Gilgal, and said, I have a secret word unto thee, O king. And he said, Be silent! And all that stood by him went out from him. Judg. 3:19
and the haft also went in after the blade, and the fat closed upon the blade; for he did not draw the sword out of his belly, and it came out between the legs. Judg. 3:22
And Ehud went out into the portico, and shut the doors of the upper-chamber upon him, and bolted them. Judg. 3:23
And it came to pass when he was come, that he blew a trumpet in the hill-country of Ephraim, and the children of Israel went down with him from the hill-country, and he before them. Judg. 3:27
And he said to them, Follow after me, for Jehovah has delivered your enemies the Moabites into your hand. And they went down after him, and took the fords of the Jordan toward Moab, and suffered no one to pass over. Judg. 3:28
And she said, I will by all means go with thee, only that it will not be to thine honour upon the way which thou goest, for Jehovah will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh. Judg. 4:9
And Barak called together Zebulun and Naphtali to Kedesh; and there went up at his feet ten thousand men; and Deborah went up with him. Judg. 4:10
And Deborah said to Barak, Up; for this is the day in which Jehovah hath given Sisera into thy hand! Is not Jehovah gone out before thee? And Barak went down from mount Tabor, and ten thousand men after him. Judg. 4:14
And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said to him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And he turned in to her, into the tent, and she covered him with the quilt. Judg. 4:18
And Jael Heber's wife took a tent-pin, and took the hammer in her hand, and went softly to him, and smote the pin into his temples, and it penetrated into the ground; for he had fallen into a deep sleep and was faint; and he died. Judg. 4:21
And behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael went out to meet him, and said to him, Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou seekest. And he went into her tent, and behold, Sisera lay dead, and the pin was in his temples. Judg. 4:22
In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, The roads were unused, and the travellers on highways went by crooked paths. Judg. 5:6
Because of the voice of those who divide the spoil in the midst of the places of drawing water; There they rehearse the righteous acts of Jehovah, His righteous acts toward his villages in Israel. Then the people of Jehovah went down to the gates. Judg. 5:11
And Gideon went in, and made ready a kid of the goats, and an ephah of flour in unleavened cakes: the flesh he put in a basket, and he put the broth in a pot, and brought it out to him under the terebinth, and presented it. Judg. 6:19
And all Midian and Amalek and the children of the east were gathered together, and went over, and encamped in the valley of Jezreel. Judg. 6:33

And it came to pass when Gideon was dead, that the children of Israel turned again, and went a whoring after the Baals, and set up Baal-Berith as their god. Judg. 8:33
And Abimelech son of Jerubbaal went to Shechem to his mother's brethren, and spoke to them, and to all the family of the house of his mother's father, saying, Judg. 9:1
And all the citizens of Shechem gathered together, and all the house of Millo, and went and made Abimelech king, by the memorial-oak that is in Shechem. Judg. 9:6
And they told it to Jotham, and he went and stood on the top of mount Gerizim, and lifted up his voice, and cried, and said to them, Hearken to me, ye citizens of Shechem, that God may hearken to you. Judg. 9:7
The trees once went forth to anoint a king over them; and they said to the olive-tree, Reign over us. Judg. 9:8
And Jotham ran away, and fled, and went to Beer, and dwelt there, because of Abimelech his brother. Judg. 9:21
And Gaal the son of Ebed came with his brethren, and went over to Shechem; and the citizens of Shechem put confidence in him. Judg. 9:26
And they went out into the fields, and gathered their vineyards, and trode the grapes, and made rejoicings, and went into the house of their god, and ate and drank, and cursed Abimelech. Judg. 9:27
And Gaal the son of Ebed went out, and stood in the entrance of the gate of the city. Then Abimelech rose up, and the people that were with him, out of the ambush. Judg. 9:35
And Gaal went out before the citizens of Shechem, and fought against Abimelech. Judg. 9:39
And it came to pass on the morrow, that the people went out into the field; and they told Abimelech. Judg. 9:42
Then Abimelech went up to mount Zalmon, he and all the people that were with him; and Abimelech took an axe in his hand, and cut down a bough from the trees, and took it up and laid it on his shoulder, and said to the people that was with him, What ye have seen me do, make haste, do as I have done. Judg. 9:48
And Abimelech went to Thebez, and encamped against Thebez, and took it. Judg. 9:50
But there was a strong tower in the midst of the city, and thither fled all the men and women, all the citizens of the city; and they shut it behind them, and went up to the roof of the tower. Judg. 9:51
And when the men of Israel saw that Abimelech was dead, they went every man to his place. Judg. 9:55
And when the children of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob. Judg. 11:5

And Manoah rose up and went after his wife, and came to the man, and said to him, Art thou the man that didst speak to the woman? And he said, I am. Judg. 13:11
And it came to pass, as the flame went up from off the altar towards the heavens, that the Angel of Jehovah ascended in the flame of the altar; and Manoah and his wife looked on, and fell on their faces to the ground. Judg. 13:20

And Samson went down, and his father and his mother, to Timnathah; and they came to the vineyards of Timnathah. And behold, a young lion roared against him; Judg. 14:5
And he went down and talked with the woman; and she pleased Samson well. Judg. 14:7
and he took it out in his hands, and went on, and ate as he went. And he came to his father and to his mother, and gave them, and they ate; but he did not tell them that he had taken the honey out of the carcase of the lion. Judg. 14:9

And the Spirit of Jehovah came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew of them thirty men, and took their spoil, and gave the changes of garments unto them that explained the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father's house. Judg. 14:19
And Samson went and caught three hundred jackals, and took torches, and turned tail to tail, and put a torch in the midst between the two tails. Judg. 15:4

And the man, the master of the house, went out to them, and said to them, No, my brethren, I pray you, do not wickedly; seeing that this man is come into my house, do not this villany. Judg. 19:23
And her lord rose up in the morning, and opened the door of the house, and went out to go his way, and behold, there lay the woman his concubine at the entrance of the house, and her hands were upon the threshold. Judg. 19:27
And he said to her, Up, and let us go; but no one answered. And he took her upon the ass; and the man rose up, and went to his place. Judg. 19:28

And the children of Israel arose and went up to Bethel, and inquired of God, and said, Which of us shall go up first to the battle against the children of Benjamin? And Jehovah said, Judah first. Judg. 20:18
And the men of Israel went out to battle against Benjamin; and the men of Israel put themselves in array to fight against them at Gibeah. Judg. 20:20
And the children of Benjamin went forth out of Gibeah, and destroyed to the ground of the Israelites that day twenty-two thousand men. Judg. 20:21
And the children of Israel went up and wept before Jehovah until even, and inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up again to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother? And Jehovah said, Go up against him. Judg. 20:23
And Benjamin went forth against them out of Gibeah the second day, and again destroyed to the ground of the children of Israel eighteen thousand men: all these drew the sword. Judg. 20:25
Then all the children of Israel, and all the people, went up and came to Bethel, and wept, and abode there before Jehovah, and fasted that day until even, and offered up burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before Jehovah. Judg. 20:26
And the children of Israel went up against the children of Benjamin on the third day, and put themselves in array against Gibeah, as at the other times. Judg. 20:30
And the children of Benjamin went out against the people, and were drawn away from the city, and began to smite of the people, slaying as at the former times, in the highways, of which one leads to Bethel and the other to Gibeah in the field, about thirty men of Israel. Judg. 20:31
And the children of Benjamin did so, and took wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught; and they went and returned to their inheritance, and built the cities, and dwelt in them. Judg. 21:23
And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance. Judg. 21:24
And it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man went from Bethlehem-Judah, to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons. Ruth 1:1

And she went; and she came and gleaned in the fields after the reapers; and she chanced to light on an allotment of Boaz, who was of the family of Elimelech. Ruth 2:3
And she went down to the floor, and did according to all that her mother-in-law had bidden her. Ruth 3:6
And Boaz ate and drank, and his heart was merry, and he went to lie down at the end of the heap of corn. Then she went softly, and uncovered his feet, and laid herself down. Ruth 3:7

And as he did so year by year, as often as she went up to the house of Jehovah, she provoked her thus; and she wept and did not eat. 1 Sam. 1:7
And she said, Let thy bondwoman find grace in thy sight. And the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more as before. 1 Sam. 1:18
And Elkanah her husband, and all his house, went up to sacrifice to Jehovah the yearly sacrifice and his vow. 1 Sam. 1:21

And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, Jehovah give thee seed of this woman for the loan which is lent to Jehovah. And they went to their own home. 1 Sam. 2:20

And Jehovah called again, Samuel! And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I did not call, my son: lie down again. 1 Sam. 3:6
And Jehovah called again the third time, Samuel! And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And Eli perceived that Jehovah was calling the boy. 1 Sam. 3:8
And Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down; and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, Jehovah, for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 1 Sam. 3:9
And what Samuel had said happened to all Israel. And Israel went out against the Philistines to battle, and encamped beside Eben-ezer; and the Philistines encamped in Aphek. 1 Sam. 4:1
and the men that died not were smitten with the hemorrhoids; and the cry of the city went up to heaven. 1 Sam. 5:12
And the kine went straight forward on the way to Beth-shemesh; they went by the one high way, lowing as they went; and they turned not aside to the right hand or to the left; and the lords of the Philistines went after them as far as the border of Beth-shemesh. 1 Sam. 6:12
And the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together at Mizpah; and the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel; and the children of Israel heard it, and were afraid of the Philistines. 1 Sam. 7:7
And the men of Israel went out of Mizpah, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, as far as below Beth-car. 1 Sam. 7:11

As they went up the ascent to the city, they met maidens going forth to draw water; and they said to them, Is the seer here? 1 Sam. 9:11

And they arose early; and when it was about the dawning of the day, Samuel called to Saul on the roof, saying, Arise, that I may send thee away. And Saul arose, and they went out both of them, he and Samuel, into the street. 1 Sam. 9:26
And Saul's uncle said to him and to his servant, Whither went ye? And he said, To seek the asses; and when we saw that they were nowhere, we went to Samuel. 1 Sam. 10:14
And Saul also went home to Gibeah; and with him went the band, whose hearts God had touched. 1 Sam. 10:26
And all the people went to Gilgal; and there they made Saul king before Jehovah in Gilgal; and there they sacrificed peace-offerings before Jehovah. And there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced exceedingly. 1 Sam. 11:15
And the Hebrews went over the Jordan into the land of Gad and Gilead. And Saul was yet in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling. 1 Sam. 13:7
And it came to pass, as soon as he had ended offering up the burnt-offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him. 1 Sam. 13:10
And Samuel arose and went up from Gilgal to Gibeah of Benjamin. And Saul numbered the people that were found with him, about six hundred men. 1 Sam. 13:15
And all Israel went down to the Philistines, every man to get his ploughshare, and his hoe, and his axe, and his sickle sharpened, 1 Sam. 13:20
And a garrison of the Philistines went out to the passage of Michmash. 1 Sam. 13:23
And the watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin looked, and behold, the multitude melted away, and they went on slaying one another. 1 Sam. 14:16
And it came to pass while Saul talked to the priest, that the noise which was in the camp of the Philistines went on and increased; and Saul said to the priest, Withdraw thy hand. 1 Sam. 14:19
And Saul went up from following the Philistines; and the Philistines went to their own place. 1 Sam. 14:46
And Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul. 1 Sam. 15:34
And Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren. And the Spirit of Jehovah came upon David from that day forward. And Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah. 1 Sam. 16:13
And there went out a champion from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. 1 Sam. 17:4
And the shaft of his spear was like a weaver's beam; and his spear's head weighed six hundred shekels of iron; and the shield-bearer went before him. 1 Sam. 17:7
And the three eldest of the sons of Jesse had gone and followed Saul to the battle; and the names of his three sons that went to the battle were Eliab the firstborn, and the second to him Abinadab, and the third Shammah. 1 Sam. 17:13
But David went and returned from Saul to feed his father's sheep at Bethlehem. 1 Sam. 17:15
And David rose up early in the morning, and left the sheep with a keeper, and took his charge and went, as Jesse had commanded him. And he came to the wagon-defence; and the host which was going forth to the battle-array shouted for the fight. 1 Sam. 17:20
And I went after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth; and when he arose against me, I seized him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him. 1 Sam. 17:35
And David went forth; whithersoever Saul sent him he prospered; and Saul set him over the men of war, and he was accepted in the sight of all the people, and also in the sight of Saul's servants. 1 Sam. 18:5
And Saul removed him from him, and made him his captain over a thousand; and he went out and came in before the people. 1 Sam. 18:13
But all Israel and Judah loved David, for he went out and came in before them. 1 Sam. 18:16
when David arose and went, he and his men, and smote of the Philistines two hundred men; and David brought their foreskins, and they delivered them in full to the king, that he might be the king's son-in-law. And Saul gave him Michal his daughter as wife. 1 Sam. 18:27
And the princes of the Philistines went forth; and it came to pass, whenever they went forth, that David succeeded better than all the servants of Saul; and his name was much esteemed. 1 Sam. 18:30
And there was war again; and David went forth and fought with the Philistines, and smote them with a great slaughter; and they fled before him. 1 Sam. 19:8
And Michal let David down through a window; and he went, and fled and escaped. 1 Sam. 19:12
And David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth. 1 Sam. 19:18
Then went he also to Ramah, and came to the great well that is in Sechu; and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, at Naioth by Ramah. 1 Sam. 19:22
And he went thither to Naioth by Ramah; and the Spirit of God came upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth by Ramah. 1 Sam. 19:23
And Jonathan said to David, Come and let us go out into the field. And they went out both of them into the field. 1 Sam. 20:11
And it came to pass in the morning that Jonathan went out into the field, to the place agreed on with David, and a little lad with him. 1 Sam. 20:35
The lad went, and David arose from the side of the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times; and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David exceeded. 1 Sam. 20:41
And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have both of us sworn in the name of Jehovah, saying, Jehovah be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for ever! And he arose and departed; and Jonathan went into the city. 1 Sam. 20:42
And David arose, and fled that day from before Saul, and went to Achish the king of Gath. 1 Sam. 21:10
And David departed thence, and escaped to the cave of Adullam. And his brethren and all his father's house heard it, and they went down thither to him. 1 Sam. 22:1
And David went thence to Mizpeh in Moab, and said to the king of Moab, Let my father and my mother, I pray thee, come forth amongst you, till I know what God will do for me. 1 Sam. 22:3
And David and his men went to Keilah, and fought against the Philistines, and brought away their cattle, and smote them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah. 1 Sam. 23:5
Then David and his men, about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David had escaped from Keilah, and he forbore to go forth. 1 Sam. 23:13
And Jonathan Saul's son arose, and went to David into the wood, and strengthened his hand in God. 1 Sam. 23:16
And they two made a covenant before Jehovah; and David abode in the wood, and Jonathan went to his house. 1 Sam. 23:18
And they arose and went to Ziph before Saul; but David and his men were in the wilderness of Maon, in the plain on the south of the waste. 1 Sam. 23:24
And Saul and his men went to seek him. And they told David; and he came down from the rock, and abode in the wilderness of Maon. And Saul heard that, and he pursued after David in the wilderness of Maon. 1 Sam. 23:25
And Saul went on this side of the mountain, and David and his men on that side of the mountain; and David made haste to get away from Saul; and Saul and his men sought to surround David and his men to take them. 1 Sam. 23:26
And Saul returned from pursuing after David, and went against the Philistines; therefore they called that place Sela-hammahlekoth. 1 Sam. 23:28
And David went up from thence, and abode in the strongholds of Engedi. 1 Sam. 23:29
And Saul took three thousand men, chosen out of all Israel, and went to seek David and his men upon the rocks of the wild goats. 1 Sam. 24:2
And he came to the sheepfolds by the way, where was a cave; and Saul went in to cover his feet; and David and his men were abiding in the recesses of the cave. 1 Sam. 24:3
And David checked his men with these words, and suffered them not to rise against Saul. And Saul rose up out of the cave, and went on his way. 1 Sam. 24:7
David also arose afterwards, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king! And when Saul looked behind him, David bowed with his face to the earth, and did obeisance. 1 Sam. 24:8
And David swore to Saul. And Saul went home; and David and his men went up to the stronghold. 1 Sam. 24:22
And Samuel died; and all Israel were gathered together, and lamented him; and they buried him in his house at Ramah. And David arose and went down to the wilderness of Paran. 1 Sam. 25:1
And David's young men turned their way, and went back, and came and reported to him according to all those words. 1 Sam. 25:12
And David said to his men, Gird ye on every man his sword. And they girded on every man his sword; and David also girded on his sword; and there went up after David about four hundred men; and two hundred abode by the baggage. 1 Sam. 25:13
And Abigail hasted, and arose, and rode upon an ass, with five damsels of hers that followed her; and she went after the messengers of David, and became his wife. 1 Sam. 25:42
And Saul arose, and went down to the wilderness of Ziph, having three thousand chosen men of Israel with him, to seek David in the wilderness of Ziph. 1 Sam. 26:2
And David took the spear and the cruse of water from Saul's head; and they went away, and no man saw it, and none knew it, and none awaked, for they were all asleep; for a deep sleep from Jehovah had fallen upon them. 1 Sam. 26:12
And David went over to the other side, and stood on the top of a hill afar off; a great space being between them. 1 Sam. 26:13
And Saul said to David, Blessed be thou, my son David: thou shalt certainly do great things, and shalt certainly prevail. And David went on his way, and Saul returned to his place. 1 Sam. 26:25
And David and his men went up and made a raid upon the Geshurites, and the Gerzites, and the Amalekites: for those were of old the inhabitants of the land, as thou goest to Shur, and as far as the land of Egypt. 1 Sam. 27:8
And Saul disguised himself, and put on other garments, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night; and he said, I pray thee, divine to me by the spirit of Python, and bring me him up whom I shall name to thee. 1 Sam. 28:8
and she brought it near before Saul, and before his servants, and they ate. And they rose up and went away that night. 1 Sam. 28:25
And David rose up early, he and his men, to depart in the morning, to return into the land of the Philistines. And the Philistines went up to Jizreel. 1 Sam. 29:11
and had taken the women captives that were in it; both great and small: they had put none to death, but had carried them off, and went on their way. 1 Sam. 30:2
So David went, he and the six hundred men that were with him, and they came to the torrent Besor; and those that were left stayed behind. 1 Sam. 30:9
And David came to the two hundred men who had been too exhausted to follow David, and whom they had left behind at the torrent Besor; and they went forth to meet David, and to meet the people that were with him; and David drew near to the people and saluted them. 1 Sam. 30:21

And Absalom set Amasa over the host instead of Joab; which Amasa was the son of a man whose name was Jithra the Israelite, that went in to Abigail the daughter of Nahash, sister to Zeruiah, Joab's mother. 2 Sam. 17:25

And Absalom found himself in the presence of David's servants. And Absalom was riding upon a mule, and the mule went under the thick boughs of the great terebinth, and his head caught in the terebinth, and he was taken up between the heaven and the earth; and the mule that was under him went away. 2 Sam. 18:9

And David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son from the men of Jabesh-Gilead, who had stolen them from the open place of Beth-shan, where the Philistines had hanged them, the day the Philistines had smitten Saul in Gilboa; 2 Sam. 21:12

And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up and fell upon him, and put him to death; and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness. 1 Ki. 2:34
Then Shimei arose, and saddled his ass, and went to Gath, to Achish, to seek his servants; and Shimei went, and brought his servants from Gath. 1 Ki. 2:40
And the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; who went out and fell upon him, and he died. And the kingdom was established in the hand of Solomon. 1 Ki. 2:46

And he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was ploughing with twelve yokes before him, and he with the twelfth; and Elijah went over to him, and cast his mantle on him. 1 Ki. 19:19
And he returned back from him, and took the yoke of oxen, and killed them, and boiled their flesh with the implements of the oxen, and gave to the people, and they ate. And he arose and went after Elijah, and ministered to him. 1 Ki. 19:21
And Ben-Hadad king of Syria assembled all his host; and there were thirty-two kings with him, and horses and chariots; and he went up and besieged Samaria, and fought against it. 1 Ki. 20:1
And they went out at noon; and Ben-Hadad drank himself drunk in the tents, he and the kings, the thirty-two kings that helped him. 1 Ki. 20:16

And it came to pass when Jehovah would take up Elijah into the heavens by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal. 2 Ki. 2:1
And Elijah said to Elisha, Abide here, I pray thee; for Jehovah has sent me to Bethel. And Elisha said, As Jehovah liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee! So they went down to Bethel. 2 Ki. 2:2
And Elijah said to him, Abide here, I pray thee; for Jehovah has sent me to the Jordan. And he said, As Jehovah liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee! And they two went on. 2 Ki. 2:6
And fifty men of the sons of the prophets went and stood opposite afar off; and they two stood by the Jordan. 2 Ki. 2:7
And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither; and they two went over on dry ground. 2 Ki. 2:8
And it came to pass as they went on, and talked, that behold, a chariot of fire and horses of fire; and they parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into the heavens. 2 Ki. 2:11

And king Joram returned to be healed in Jizreel of the wounds that the Syrians had given him at Ramah, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. And Ahaziah the son of Jehoram, king of Judah, went down to see Joram the son of Ahab at Jizreel, for he was sick. 2 Ki. 8:29
And the young man, the young prophet, went to Ramoth-Gilead. 2 Ki. 9:4

And Jehoash king of Judah took all the hallowed things that Jehoshaphat and Jehoram and Ahaziah, his fathers, kings of Judah, had dedicated, and his own hallowed things, and all the gold found in the treasures of the house of Jehovah and in the king's house, and sent it to Hazael king of Syria; and he went away from Jerusalem. 2 Ki. 12:18
And Jehovah gave Israel a saviour, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians; and the children of Israel dwelt in their tents as before. 2 Ki. 13:5
And it came to pass as they were burying a man, that behold, they saw the band, and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha; and the man went down, and touched the bones of Elisha, and he revived, and stood upon his feet. 2 Ki. 13:21

And he returned to be healed in Jizreel because of the wounds that were given him at Ramah, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. And Azariah the son of Jehoram, king of Judah, went down to see Jehoram the son of Ahab at Jizreel; for he was sick. 2 Chr. 22:6
But his coming to Joram was from God the complete ruin of Ahaziah. And when he had come, he went out with Jehoram against Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom Jehovah had anointed to cut off the house of Ahab. 2 Chr. 22:7
And they went about in Judah and gathered together the Levites out of all the cities of Judah, and the chief fathers of Israel; and they came to Jerusalem. 2 Chr. 23:2

And they went in to king Hezekiah, and said, We have cleansed all the house of Jehovah, and the altar of burnt-offering with all its vessels, and the table of the bread to be set in rows, and all its vessels; 2 Chr. 29:18

And the couriers went with the letters from the king and his princes throughout Israel and Judah, and according to the commandment of the king, saying, Ye children of Israel, return to Jehovah the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, and he will return to the remnant of you that are escaped out of the hand of the kings of Assyria. 2 Chr. 30:6
And when all this was finished, all Israel that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and broke the columns, and hewed down the Asherahs, and demolished the high places and the altars in all Judah and Benjamin, in Ephraim also and Manasseh, until they had destroyed them all. And he spoke unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Come in between the wheels, under the cherub, and fill the hollow of thy hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight. Ezek. 10:2

And the decree went forth that the wise men were to be slain; and they sought Daniel and his companions to slay them. Dan. 2:13
And Daniel went in, and requested of the king that he would give him time, that he might shew the king the interpretation. Dan. 2:16
Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions; Dan. 2:17
Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he went and said thus unto him: Destroy not the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation. Dan. 2:24
And when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and, his windows being open in his upper chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled on his knees three times a day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime. Dan. 6:10
Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting; neither were concubines brought before him; and his sleep fled from him. Dan. 6:18
Then the king arose with the light at break of day, and went in haste unto the den of lions. Dan. 6:19
At the beginning of thy supplications the word went forth, and I am come to declare it; for thou art one greatly beloved. Therefore consider the word, and have understanding in the vision: Dan. 9:23

For an angel descended at a certain season in the pool and troubled the water. Whoever therefore first went in after the troubling of the water became well, whatever disease he laboured under. Jn. 5:4
The man went away and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well. Jn. 5:15
After these things Jesus went away beyond the sea of Galilee, or of Tiberias, Jn. 6:1
And Jesus went up into the mountain, and there sat with his disciples: Jn. 6:3

and having gone on board ship, they went over the sea to Capernaum. And it had already become dark, and Jesus had not come to them, Jn. 6:17

The Jews therefore who were with her in the house and consoling her, seeing Mary that she rose up quickly and went out, followed her, saying, She goes to the tomb, that she may weep there. Jn. 11:31
but some of them went to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done. Jn. 11:46
Jesus therefore walked no longer openly among the Jews, but went away thence into the country near the desert, to a city called Ephraim, and there he sojourned with the disciples. Jn. 11:54
But the passover of the Jews was near, and many went up to Jerusalem out of the country before the passover, that they might purify themselves. Jn. 11:55
because many of the Jews went away on his account and believed on Jesus. Jn. 12:11

and went into the praetorium again and says to Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer. Jn. 19:9

And landing at Caesarea, and having gone up and saluted the assembly, he went down to Antioch. Acts 18:22

so that even napkins or aprons were brought from his body and put upon the sick, and the diseases left them, and the wicked spirits went out. Acts 19:12

and they went to the chief priests and elders, and said, We have cursed ourselves with a curse to taste nothing until we kill Paul. Acts 23:14
As thou mayest know that there are not more than twelve days since I went up to worship at Jerusalem, Acts 24:11
Festus therefore, being come into the eparchy, after three days went up to Jerusalem from Caesarea. Acts 25:1
And having remained among them not more than eight or ten days, he went down to Caesarea; and on the next day, having sat down on the judgment-seat, commanded Paul to be brought. Acts 25:6
