And Joseph made it a law over the land of Egypt to this day, that the fifth should be for Pharaoh, except the land of the priests: theirs alone did not become Pharaoh's. Gen. 47:26
One law shall be for him that is home-born and for the sojourner that sojourneth among you. Ex. 12:49
And it shall be for a sign to thee on thy hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the law of Jehovah may be in thy mouth; for with a powerful hand hath Jehovah brought thee out of Egypt. Ex. 13:9

He shall not faint nor be in haste, till he have set justice in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. Isa. 42:4
Jehovah had delight in him for his righteousness' sake: he hath magnified the law, and made it honourable. Isa. 42:21
Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? Did not Jehovah, he against whom we have sinned? And they would not walk in his ways, neither did they hearken unto his law. Isa. 42:24

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and will write it in their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer. 31:33
And I took the writing of the purchase, that which was sealed according to the law and the statutes, and that which was open; Jer. 32:11

Therefore the law is powerless, and justice doth never go forth; for the wicked encompasseth the righteous; therefore judgment goeth forth perverted. Hab. 1:4
Her prophets are vain-glorious, treacherous persons; her priests profane the sanctuary, they do violence to the law. Zeph. 3:4
Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying, Hag. 2:11

Woe unto you, the doctors of the law, for ye have taken away the key of knowledge; yourselves have not entered in, and those who were entering in ye have hindered. Lk. 11:52
And Jesus answering spoke unto the doctors of the law and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath? Lk. 14:3
The law and the prophets were until John: from that time the glad tidings of the kingdom of God are announced, and every one forces his way into it. Lk. 16:16
But it is easier that the heaven and the earth should pass away than that one tittle of the law should fail. Lk. 16:17
And he said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you while I was yet with you, that all that is written concerning me in the law of Moses and prophets and psalms must be fulfilled. Lk. 24:44

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and of death. Rom. 8:2
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, having sent his own Son, in likeness of flesh of sin, and for sin, has condemned sin in the flesh, Rom. 8:3
in order that the righteous requirement of the law should be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to flesh but according to Spirit. Rom. 8:4
Because the mind of the flesh is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God; for neither indeed can it be: Rom. 8:7
But Israel, pursuing after a law of righteousness, has not attained to that law. Rom. 9:31
For Christ is the end of law for righteousness to every one that believes. Rom. 10:4
For Moses lays down in writing the righteousness which is of the law, The man who has practised those things shall live by them. Rom. 10:5
Owe no one anything, unless to love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the law. Rom. 13:8

It is written in the law, By people of other tongues, and by strange lips, will I speak to this people; and neither thus will they hear me, saith the Lord. 1 Cor. 14:21
Let your women be silent in the assemblies, for it is not permitted to them to speak; but to be in subjection, as the law also says. 1 Cor. 14:34
Now the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin the law; 1 Cor. 15:56

Christ has redeemed us out of the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, (for it is written, Cursed is every one hanged upon a tree,) Gal. 3:13
Now I say this, A covenant confirmed beforehand by God, the law, which took place four hundred and thirty years after, does not annul, so as to make the promise of no effect. Gal. 3:17
For if the inheritance be on the principle of law, it is no longer on the principle of promise; but God gave it in grace to Abraham by promise. Gal. 3:18
Why then the law? It was added for the sake of transgressions, until the seed came to whom the promise was made, ordained through angels in the hand of a mediator. Gal. 3:19
Is then the law against the promises of God? Far be the thought. For if a law had been given able to quicken, then indeed righteousness were on the principle of law; Gal. 3:21
But before faith came, we were guarded under law, shut up to faith which was about to be revealed. Gal. 3:23
So that the law has been our tutor up to Christ, that we might be justified on the principle of faith. Gal. 3:24
but when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, come of woman, come under law, Gal. 4:4
that he might redeem those under law, that we might receive sonship. Gal. 4:5

knowing this, that law has not its application to a righteous person, but to the lawless and insubordinate, to the impious and sinful, to the unholy and profane, to smiters of fathers and smiters of mothers; to murderers, 1 Tim. 1:9
But foolish questions, and genealogies, and strifes, and contentions about the law, shun; for they are unprofitable and vain. Tit. 3:9
And they indeed from among the sons of Levi, who receive the priesthood, have commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is from their brethren, though these are come out of the loins of Abraham: Heb. 7:5
If indeed then perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, for the people had their law given to them in connexion with *it*, what need was there still that a different priest should arise according to the order of Melchisedec, and not be named after the order of Aaron? Heb. 7:11

For every commandment having been spoken according to the law by Moses to all the people; having taken the blood of calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, he sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, Heb. 9:19
