With the joy of the whole earth is mount Sion founded, on the sides of the north, the city of the great king. Ps. 48:2

And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him, in the desert of mount Sina, an angel in a flame of fire in a bush. Acts 7:30
This is he that was in the church in the wilderness, with the angel who spoke to him on Mount Sina and with our fathers. Who received the words of life to give unto us. Acts 7:38
Which things are said by an allegory. For these are the two testaments. The one from Mount Sina, engendering unto bondage, which is Agar. Gal. 4:24
Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things. As it was answered to Moses, when he was to finish the tabernacle: See (saith he) that thou make all things according to the pattern which was shewn thee on the mount. Heb. 8:5
For they did not endure that which was said: and if so much as a beast shall touch the mount, it shall be stoned. Heb. 12:20
But you are come to mount Sion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the company of many thousands of angels, Heb. 12:22
And this voice, we heard brought from heaven, when we were with him in the holy mount. 2 Pet. 1:18
