- be strong and strengthen thyself for our people, and for the cities of our God, and Jehovah doth that which is good in His eyes.' 2 Sam. 10:12

- Ye who are hating good, and loving evil, Taking violently their skin from off them, And their flesh from off their bones, Mic. 3:2

- for your obedience did reach to all; I rejoice, therefore, as regards you, and I wish you to be wise, indeed, as to the good, and harmless as to the evil; Rom. 16:19
- And to Him who is able to establish you, according to my good news, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the secret, in the times of the ages having been kept silent, Rom. 16:25
- For Christ did not send me to baptize, but -- to proclaim good news; not in wisdom of discourse, that the cross of the Christ may not be made of none effect; 1 Cor. 1:17

- What, then, is my reward? -- that proclaiming good news, without charge I shall make the good news of the Christ, not to abuse my authority in the good news; 1 Cor. 9:18

- and was made manifest now through the manifestation of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who indeed did abolish death, and did enlighten life and immortality through the good news, 2 Tim. 1:10
- the good thing committed guard thou through the Holy Spirit that is dwelling in us; 2 Tim. 1:14

- sober, pure, keepers of their own houses, good, subject to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be evil spoken of. Tit. 2:5
- concerning all things thyself showing a pattern of good works; in the teaching uncorruptedness, gravity, incorruptibility, Tit. 2:7

- Remind them to be subject to principalities and authorities, to obey rule, unto every good work to be ready, Tit. 3:1
- Stedfast is the word; and concerning these things I counsel thee to affirm fully, that they may be thoughtful, to be leading in good works -- who have believed God; these are the good and profitable things to men, Tit. 3:8
- and let them learn -- ours also -- to be leading in good works to the necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful. Tit. 3:14
- that the fellowship of thy faith may become working in the full knowledge of every good thing that is in you toward Christ Jesus; Ph'm 1:6

- and may we consider one another to provoke to love and to good works, Heb. 10:24

- with teachings manifold and strange be not carried about, for it is good that by grace the heart be confirmed, not with meats, in which they who were occupied were not profited; Heb. 13:9
- and of doing good, and of fellowship, be not forgetful, for with such sacrifices God is well-pleased. Heb. 13:16
- Pray for us, for we trust that we have a good conscience, in all things willing to behave well, Heb. 13:18
- make you perfect in every good work to do His will, doing in you that which is well-pleasing before Him, through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory -- to the ages of the ages! Amen. Heb. 13:21
- every good giving, and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the lights, with whom is no variation, or shadow of turning; Jas. 1:17
- do they not themselves speak evil of the good name that was called upon you? Jas. 2:7

- for it is better doing good, if the will of God will it, to suffer, than doing evil; 1 Pet. 3:17
- also to which an antitype doth now save us -- baptism, (not a putting away of the filth of flesh, but the question of a good conscience in regard to God,) through the rising again of Jesus Christ, 1 Pet. 3:21
- for for this also to dead men was good news proclaimed, that they may be judged, indeed, according to men in the flesh, and may live according to God in the spirit. 1 Pet. 4:6
- each, according as he received a gift, to one another ministering it, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God; 1 Pet. 4:10
- because it is the time of the beginning of the judgment from the house of God, and if first from us, what the end of those disobedient to the good news of God? 1 Pet. 4:17
